Worst customer service! I had called to make an appointment, the man I spoke with, the owner, his name is Charlie. I wanted to have someone check my well, the appointment he gave me was for Wednesday 9 a. m… Comes 10 a. m no one shows up, I called to find out the ETA and they tell me that there was no appointment ever made on that date, I had made an appointment for an upcoming day and I called back to find out the status and how much everything was going to cost. I was given the figure of around $ 700 to $ 800, the man that I spoke with that time was named Chuck. I asked him a couple of questions about everything that’s going on and then he says «you want us to do the work or not» I tell him «yes I want you to do the work» so I asked him another question about the work & the completion time then he tells me «you know what forget about it go to someone else to do the job because we’re not sending nobody, you want to give us hell well go F*CKING call somebody else» what kind of business is this?!! Since when is asking questions about work being done in your property an issue. Do not go here. They are unprofessional! If I could have gave them negative stars I would have!
