Parking can be a challenge and can’t see location from the street when following GPS. Little to no wait to order and food arrived very quickly. With so many varieties, pretty much everyone should be able to find a chicken salad to fit their tastes. I had the Nutty Nana with cashews and pecans. My wife chose the Fancy Nancy with apples, pecans and grapes. Pasta Salad and Fresh Fruit are both great as sides. They also have other deli sandwiches«for those of you who have been dragged here by a chicken salad lover and are refusing to try something new». Guys, if you don’t want to say the names like«Fancy Nancy», «Fruity Fran», «Sassy Scottie» or «Barbie-Q» just pretend you can’t remember the name and say the one with the fruit and nuts, etc. I had previously been to a different location when travelling for business and based on my wife’s reaction, I am sure we will be back.

Really impressed. Tough to find parking. Location is a little hidden. If it is your first time going, go with someone who has been there before. Setting: Tons of room for sitting. No problem at all finding a place to sit at lunch time. Service: Amazing. One of the lady’s behind the counter found out it was my first time coming to this restaurant and she made it the best experience: super friendly, made sure I was taken care of, and I am pretty sure she gave me an extra cookie!(I can’t remember her name, but it started with an «L.») Quality of food: Super good. Some of the best chicken salad I have ever had. I had the jalepeno chicken salad and I could not get enough Would I bring my mother here? Absolutely. Overall: Great spot for lunch. Filled me up and I will definitely be going back! The price was very reasonable as well. I paid $ 10 for a sandwich, soup, and some cookies.

First of all, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They have a ton of different chicken salads and it is almost intimidating. I was expecting to just grab a simple sandwich. They staff helped me navigate the choices and didn’t mind a million questions. I ended up going with Jazzy Julie’s because it was the hottest on the menu. It was a lot hotter than I expected but far from lip scorching. After reading other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the croissant to chicken salad ratio. I got the combo which included a sandwich, pasta salad, a pickle spear, cookie and a large drink for just under $ 11.00. I thought this was a great value based on the quality and portion.

I would give 4 stars, but something is pulling me towards 3. It’s just chicken salad, granted they offer a variety… but still chicken salad. I will say, the service was pretty great! I was offered a sample of ANY of the chicken salad options on the menu before and after ordering. This helped me solidify the best option for lunch. The Sassy is #1. It’s unique and intriguing AND my husband loved it… he wouldn’t usually order such. I can’t wait to take him back for lunch one day. Downfalls about my experience: the croissant overpowered the one scoop of chicken salad. Though I wanted a sandwich vs single scoop… the bread ratio was a bit much. I appreciate the offerings of a combo meal: classic chick includes one scoop(on bed of lettuce or sandwich), pickle, side and the cookie of the day. On that note, the cookie was lack luster! I’ve experienced insomnia cookies in 5 point south and cookies will NEVER be the same. Either way… chicken salad fam or not, I’d say give it a try(sample first) and form your own opinion. 3 stars won’t stop me from returning and it shouldn’t for you either. Happy eats

The space is delightful, friendly and open and feels very southern in a Disney-esque contrived manner. To me, that’s a good thing but others might find forcing the vernacular in such an overt manner a bit over the top. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and they seemed to keep the place spotless. I got a trio platter and went for a chicken salad with cranberries, a chicken salad with jalapeño, and a chicken salad with cayenne and cheese. They have cutie names for each that escape me. Between my meal and others at the table, I tried 4 different chicken salads but honestly they all tasted 85 – 95 percent the same. Same base recipe with only a few slight changes. I really expected multiple, creative interpretations of chicken salad not the same thing over and over. The chicken salads were good but not amazing. In general they seemed under seasoned and too dry to me. The cayenne and cheese chicken salad was my favorite but desperately needed some additional heat. My least favorite was the cranberry which desperately needed some sweetness to wake up the dry and tasteless berries. The menu lists dozens of locations so clearly they’re doing something right. Maybe as middle aged guy, I’m out of their demographic and there is a whole swathe of buyers who like bland chicken salads that all taste the same? Like I said, lovely space with good but not great chicken salad.

I love chicken salad chick and I have had nothing but great experiences at other chicken salad chick locations. This location always seems to come up short for some reason. I usually go at least once a week and every single time I go, whether it is for lunch or dinner, they are out of my favorite flavor. I feel like management is not planning accordingly for the business that they seem to be doing. Very disappointed.

Went there today, and my wife and I were quite surprised. We both had sandwiches and they were very good. A little light on the chicken salad, but tasty. The bread was fresh, and the chicken salad was not saturated with mayonnaise. All and all for a quick lunch at a fair price give it a try.

The chicken salad is very good, pretty healthy choice all around on the menu. They do have other options on the menu such as deli sandwiches. The sides are limited but do try the grape salad. It is very good. The down side about this place is that I am still hungry after eating! Also the music here is a little weird!

Awesome as usual. They even have pickle spears with their sandwiches(Yippie!)! Pasta salad was perfection, and my to go order was ready within 3 minutes, can’t beat that at lunch time! Reason it’s not 5 stars is that you can’t find the door to get into the restaurant, and the parking is tight. Other than that. 5 stars!
