These guys were great. JC was responsive — actually was the only moving company contact who returned my call or email within day or two. He was equally reachable by phone and email, which is super convenient when you’re running around trying to get ready to move. He came out for an in-​home estimate, talked about how certain pieces of furniture, lamps and electronics would be packed to prevent damage and gave me tips on packing the things I was going to be responsible for. The crew arrived on time, padded everything — including the railing and front door — to prevent dings from moving heavy pieces. They were very conscientious and asked several times if they were meeting my expectations. Their final bill was even a little lower than the initial quote because offloading the truck took less time than planned. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent movers! This company moved our entire 4 bedroom house from Mt. Lebanon to Upper St. Clair over two days. Every single item of furniture, was padded and wrapped, and carefully handled. They did not make a single mark on any walls, ceilings, or flooring at either location. I was asked repeatedly throughout the process if I was satisfied their performance. I would recommend this moving company to anyone.

After being royally screwed by another moving company that shall remain nameless, I called these guys the morning of our move on a hope and a prayer. They were able to accommodate my time, showed up punctually, and were personal and professional the entire time. JC and Moe were great! They moved the remaining furniture from my fiancé’s apartment in a careful, efficient manner. Even with narrow steps to contend with, they expertly navigated heavy pieces of furniture without damaging a single piece. JC and Moe helped us move within our apartment building last weekend. JC provided me an online quote and invoice and after speaking with him on the phone we agreed to a time to start the move. Upon reviewing the info on Culmer Moving Solutions, I gave JC a call. He was very professional and provided excellent follow up with scheduling. We were fortunately able to book his services within a few days of the move.
JC, the owner, and Moe, arrived the morning of the move. They accessed what needed to be moved and we showed them where we were moving. As it turned out, the move was within the same building to a different floor. JC and Moe were precise and made the move effortlessly. They carefully wrapped furniture to insure a safe transition from one location to the next. They were upbeat, professional, and quite helpful throughout this process.

I hired 2 movers to help me unload a moving truck into my apartment. JC was responsive and flexible. The movers were punctual. They handled my belongings carefully. Made sure to place everything in the correct rooms. When one piece of furniture didn’t fit up the stairs, JC was willing to disassemble and reassemble the whole piece in order to get it to the desired room.
Overall I was very satisfied and would use their services again or recommend them to a friend.
