I called to get an estimate, and to see when my carpets could get done. I was shocked when he told me he could come in about an hour. When most of the other places around couldn’t get to me for 3 weeks. Kevin & Shane both did an excellent job treating my carpets even with heavy pet stains. Everything looked great!!! They were fast, proficient, and affordable. :)

They are a@#@holes one guy name ed was the rudest guy I ever met the other guy I think his name was rick argue with him trying to telling how to clean the carpets unprofessional will not hiring again

Just want to let everyone know if they are going to get their carpets cleaned to go with Perfect Carpet Cleaning. I heard of them through word of mouth and I can’t tell you how clean my carpets are. The guys are professional and very nice. My carpets turned out fantastic and soooo clean. I def will be a returning customer.

I’m so excited to write this. Maybe more excited than a good restaurant. MAYBE…
But seriously, this guys are awesome! I’ve heard one too many stories of people having horrible experiences with carpet cleaners. I believe a lot of what I’ve heard have been from ill fated Groupon buys. I’ve headed those warnings and proceeded with caution hiring cleaners.
What to do when no one on Unilocal Pittsburgh has been reviewed yet? Go with blind luck and hope for the best! Thank god they turned out great! They call you the night before to let you know when they’ll be coming. I assume it’s easy for me since I have a flexible schedule, but I bet they’d be okay if you specified what time you’d need them to come.
They called before they came, per my request. I met two very friendly guys at the new house. They did a walk through and estimate with me. Their specialty is actually getting pet related stains, bacteria, smells, etc out. Which is perfect considering the previous owners had cats and dogs and we want to bring our precious little kitties into a clean environment!
I left, since it was an empty house, and not even an hour later they called to say they were almost finished. They wanted me to come in right before they finished because they wanted me to see the difference. Isn’t that kinda cool?
They worked and also talked to me about future carpet care and ways to remove stains efficiently. They deep cleaned 106 sq ft for $ 300. I know it sounds like a lot, but the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years. He said for a normal cleaning it would have been around $ 150. Good thing is, my carpets looked amazing! One of the rooms carpets I swear I thought was a dark cream color ended up being a brighter cream. Who knew!
