A great place to stay. Staffs are so professional and friendly.
Good, peaceful atmosphere. Room was clean and spacious.

I have been staying here since Sunday it’s now Wednesday.
The hotel is so clean and spacious inside. The bed is a super comfy king .
The parking is great we parked everyday right in front of gate entry never had any problems parking .
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Free breakfast was great had waffles and eggs and sausage.
I am staying here a couple more days .
I love this hotel and its peaceful environment I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Florida.

Customer service at this hotel is terrible.
employee Mia, Terrible customer service. no shuttle «too early in the morning» the day before I called and they said they would have a $ 30 airport shuttle available for me. Both people I spoke with were stupid. One was stupid and Mia rude. I had booked 2 days. Only needed room for 28 hours. Mia said I didn’t show last night so lost my booking. I wasn’t getting in till 5am. I told the young black kid when I would be there.
Older women straighten things out was polite.
Eastern European accent woman rude.
Sheets are good .
road noise.
Has refrigerator.
Heat didn’t seem to work

Update to his response– I never asked for my money back I stayed so I paid! Plain and simple this hotel needs to be upgraded again! It’s a dump, in a horrible location and the customer service is horrible as well! I have never had 2 ask for a handicap room in a hotel, I’m big but not that big! This hotel needs to deal with the fact that it’s a one star hotel and making it sound like a 5 star hotel in your response is ridiculous!

Great place. Clean rooms, good staff. Will definitely come back. This time jacuzzi suite.

A good, clean hotel right off 95. Super easy to get to. Within 10 minutes of a beautiful state park beach. Room was beautifully made up each morning — we stayed 3 nights. The only thing to mention, and this is probably mostly my pet peeve — but I wish hotels wouldn’t play music everywhere — too loud, too much, annoying during breakfast. And loud TV as well. There were even two different music things happening over various speakers within listening distance of the breakfast. There were about 5 of us sitting as far away as we could to avoid it. Please, hoteliers — make your hotels islands of sanity in the world. Your customers will leave feeling happier and grateful. Or play soothing classical music. Something that calms the nervous system at 6 am.

We stayed here for two nights this past week and were very pleased. We were attracted by the location, close to a dental clinic we were visiting, and more so by the very affordable rates (we also took advantage of an AARP discount). We paid just about half of what we’ve been accustomed to paying when traveling in South Florida, so had lower expectations, but the place was top-​notch — clean, comfortable, friendly. The bathroom is a little small, but who spends much time in the bathroom anyway. The breakfast area is small too, and part of the reception area. The food wasn’t fancy, but adequate.
We rate it five stars for value and for not skimping on the little things that one sometimes puts up when paying less.
The night reception person, Kourtney, was very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay more pleasant.
We’ll definitely stay here again when in the vicinity, and we’ll be looking at other Quality Inns when elsewhere.

Decent accommodations.

This building been around for as long as I can remember, but was only recently converted into a hotel. I stayed here while visiting last weekend. It’s not the greatest location, not near any great attractions. But, everything has been recently renovated and is really clean. Nicely landscaped, clean rooms, good amenities. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
