I always have a good visit whenever I’m in need of office supplies.
Right now, with getting a business going, Office Depot has been my first choice.
The customer service is on point. When I’m looking lost in an isle (which can be often) someone always stops by and asks if they can help me find something. And whenever I say yes (which is always) they always have it. (Always helpful and friendly and ready to serve.)
The prices are reasonable, they always have sales going on, and their clearance items have been items I actually had some use for.

Made two online printing orders there. First time, they mixed up my order and wasn’t ready when supposed to be. The second time, I waited two days and decided to call first. No one picked up the phone unless it was to hangup on me. So I went to the store and they STILL hadn’t started my order after two days. It’s a black n white PDF document, shouldn’t be that difficult.

Upon arrival, staff was attentive and helpful. My reason for the visit was to purchase a computer that was out of stock at every other Office Depot. This store allowed me to purchase the display unit; no other store would sell their display despite the discontinuation of the model because the item was not yet tagged as a clearance item. The manager, Mike, at this location focused on my concern and made an effort to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend this Office Depot location.

I was sent here by the Office Depot on 28^th Avenue in Hollywood because the sales clerk told me a printer I wanted was in stock at the Sheridan Street location. She gave me the sticker with the product code and off I went. When I got to the Office Depot on Sheridan, the manager, (Eddie) greeted me and when I told him that the other store had sent me he said something along the lines of «they should have called». Of course the other store looked the information up on their computer and said it was in stock. Ignoring the fact that I made a special trip, was told it was in stock, and that somehow I should know Office Depots inter-store merchandise referral procedures was not a good way to start a sale. The staff at this store is unbelievable helpful. It’s not like when you go to walmart and need help you have to search for someone for 10 minutes. Not this office depot– If you need any type of Office materials I recommend going to this store in comparison to others
