McDonald’s

This may very well be the crappiest mcdonalds in the world. You get everything horrible you’d ever hope for here. I came here with my dad once and a homeless man almost killed him. You can find just about every type of drug possible in here. The food is average mcdonald’s so you know what you’re getting.

11:00 — 11:10 security guard at McDonald’s confronted you for no reason. He was trying to order a mcdouble when a homeless man bumped into his order and her dropped his food. The security guard began to become aggressive and kicked him out of McDonald’s despite the homeless population for no reason.

Despite recent renovations… it’s still McDonalds… but, it’s true, this location is one of the worst.
Indifferent service, long waits for food, inaccurate servings… and trashy customers make for quite an unpleasant experience. New management is sorely needed to bring this place up to par… if that’s even possible…

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to! no stars if possible! the people serving are really rude and dont care at all. ive never been so upset ordering food. also they take short cuts and try to cheat you out of what you ordered — CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!

Should be No star for this McDonald’s along Hollywood walk of fame, the service sucks, the mocha frappé that we ordered became iced coffee, the server even accused my aunt for being rude when in fact it’s the other way around, when she tried to follow it up. So unfortunate for the branch manager to have such crews and bad reputation for the so called #1 fast food chain in America.

This Mc Donald’s doesn’t even deserve a review, or a star. I don’t understand why they didn’t close this down a long time ago. It’s a sore on Hollywood Blvd.
First, they don’t provide any trays, always Togo bags, so as to motivate you to leave as soon as possible so they can just keep on selling their crap and be done with you.
They really just want your money.
Second, it’s pretty filthy, my family was exited to come and eat at a world famous McDonalds, I was disappointed to bring these new immigrants that had traveled 13 000 miles to a dump.
The staff is without manners. I asked for some extra condiments and napkins, they looked at me as if I was taking from their personal stash. I came with 8 people and only gave me a few measly napkins, like it would hurt them to spare some rations.
Worst McDonald ever, they should just tear this place down and put another tourist store.

Because of location pretty slow and sometimes messing up orders (asked for a McChicken burger without a lattice for my friend — told them twice to check — and they still messed up that).
Staff nice, smiley and talkable. Average cleanliness. Sometimes because of a lot of homelesses can be not that nice or tidy.
Weird that they didn’t make anyhow themselves a drive-​thru and a 24hours service — in SUCH SPECIAL location.

Horrible service for a morning crew. Very very slow. I came in with only 3 people ahead of me and it took about 20min to order. When I did get to the front I had to wait an additional 10min for the cashier to be done talking to her friend. I will probably never come back to this location.

No free refills, and I have to get my own water from a pitcher that dispenses warm water? No I think this McDonalds just wants to trick tourists. They don’t give out trays either to anyone so we had to eat right the table. Also the manager Juanito took our order and even he looked like he hated this place. They do not honor any coupons or promotions.

To call this place a pit or a toilet is an insult to self-​respecting pits and toilets worldwide. The clientele is an unsavory collection of Hollywood street people and unsuspecting tourists who probably have a reasonably hygienic McDonald’s at home and expect to see another one here just off the tourist Mecca of Hollywood and Highland. Ha, and may I add, ha.
Service — such as it is — is slow and surly. I have waited 20 minutes for an order of McNuggets. Drinks are one-​fill only, the better to keep the homeless squatter population down. Tables are cleaned every few hours, as is the floor. I understand this; I’d rather be safely behind the counter too. Food is equivalent to any other McDonald’s worldwide, it’s the ambience that makes this store a must-​miss attraction.
Two blocks south on Highland to Sunset and one block west to Orange brings you to In-​N-​Out Burger. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk. Go there instead.

Disorganized. I only ordered a large diet coke and it took them 30 minutes to make my order. They gave me regular coke. I just took it since it took so long just to give me the wrong order. I also got change in Canadian money from the cash register.

Waited 40 minutes for my food. What the hell?! Stinky, dirty, and you can smell urine in front of their entrance. Line was long. Slow service. Worst McDonald’s I have been to.

Eu sinceramente esperava mais de um McDonalds na localização que ele está, basicamente um ponto turístico.
Andando pela calçada da fama não é difícil reparar este McDonalds do lado do Wax Museum. Infelizmente ele não tem refil igual a alguns outros e ainda cobram por algumas coisas extra, talvez por causa dos estrangeiros que ali tem de monte. Eu mesmo fiquei sentado e calado enquanto comia e o resto do povo falando em português!
Enfim, o atendimento é rápido e padrão como em outros locais no EUA. Nada de excepcional.

Went to grab a coffee before a movie and the guy handed me an iced one instead of a hot one. I told him I had ordered a hot one and he smiled and went «ok…thanks, bye.» Er… what!!! Give me what I paid for!

I haven’t had a bad experience at this location. The service was great and food fast and hot.

God this place is bad most of the time. The only time I’ve had decent service is later at night like right before they lock the doors. Fortunately I don’t generally eat fast food, but every once in a great while on my way to or from work in West Hollywood I’ll stop here when in a hurry for a quick bite because it’s location is convenient.
The cashiers have a «hurry up and make your order because I hate this place as much as you do» attitude (with the exception of a select couple). The other day I didn’t receive napkins and I told the man yelling out the numbers and he said its in the bag, I said no it’s not and he grabs my bag and looks inside to make sure I’m not lying. What is that?
I get the no refills policy because homeless people will walk around the floor approaching tables and asking for food while you eat.
Bathrooms are consistently disgusting.
The only reason this place gets two stars is because the food quality matches the same as every other McDonalds (which I’m sure is easy to accomplish since it all comes from the place).
If it weren’t for the naïve tourist this place would probably be shut down.
I say stay away!

Do not eat here!!! I work across the street I tried to make it work. This mcdonalds is on Unilocal twice because it’s so bad!!!

Huge location but this location smells like urine which is gross and dirty…
Really crowded most of the time. But best value on the block bc every place else costs an arm and a leg.

Find somewhere else to eat! This place is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to.
— my son ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and neither of them had bacon — they took his receipt when he picked up his food so um — how we gonna prove we paid for the bacon!!!
— they wanted 25 cents for ranch. Really? U just charged extra for that bacon and didn’t even put it in the burger!!!

— and well since it’s Hollywood… You’ll see a lot of odd balls, homeless people and if you’re lucky Wolverine, Johnny Depp, and Marilyn Monroe.

Everyone knows I hate McDonald’s, but I keep finding myself at McDonald’s for one reason or another and each time, my disappointment in this company is confirmed.
On this occasion we visited the McDonald’s on Hollywood and Highland in Hollywood. Now, this place is BUSY. When we walked in the line was long and only one person was taking orders. Finally they did add a second person, but wow, was she not that bright. I think the one thing that irritates me the most when you order fast food is why do they not listen? They ask what you want and then when you tell them EXACTLY what you want, they ask you if you want it differently than the way you ordered. Like this.
«I’ll have a number 15 meal with diet coke. Did you want that medium sized? Does it come medium sized? Yes. Then yes. Do you want to supersize it?» Um, we just had that conversation. Just one example of billions and billions asked.
Anyway, this is one of those locations where they do not give free refills. I get the homeless problem in Hollywood, but this rule sucks. I hate places that don’t give refills. They also have a rule that you can only be in there for 30 minutes… whatever. rules rules rules. Just roust out hte people sleeping in the booths and stop with the stupid rules. UGH Signs signs…
Other than that, it’s just McDonald’s.
