Walmart Supercenter

This is out neighborhood Wally World. It’s a pretty nice store as far as super Walmart stores go; they carry everything that you would expect of a Walmart and offer reasonable/​comparable prices of other store in the area, the staff here is pretty friendly, and thanks to the Walmart price comparison application you can get some money back from your purchases if a lower price is found.
One thing I like about this Walmart is that the parking lot has plenty of spaces and there are not as packed as other locations due to the demographics of the Canton/​Holly Springs area. They keep this store pretty clean and tidy compared to other Walmart locations I’ve visited in the past.

Always clean and not too much of a wait. I was disappointed they didn’t have strawberries. But I got everything else I needed

I remember this store opening about a year and a half ago, and it’s still going strong. In fact, some things have improved. For instance, they now sell fresh, never frozen fish like salmon and tilapia. My wife and I really enjoyed the salmon. Also, the employees are more helpful than I’ve seen at other stores including other Walmart stores. There was an employee who noticed me looking at the aisle signs, and asked what I was looking for. Then he walked me straight to it. The produce has also improved since the opening.
They have a large assortment of things in electronics and in their seasonal section. The Lawn and Garden area right now is filled with Christmas items. Finally, it doesn’t take too long to checkout. I guess if there was something else to mention, it would be the Dot Com pickup area. They are the only store I will have my items shipped to, because they are quick to get to the counter and give me my order.

This Walmart desperately needs a manager!!! No one was around to help me with my fabric purchase last night at 6:30 PM. I waited 30 minutes walking around and around looking for someone to cut my fabric. Finally I had to go to another department and find someone to call to get help for me. Finally a woman showed up with no personality who obviously had just come off a cigarette break where she must have smoked most of the cigarettes in the pack of Marlboros which were falling out of her Walmart vest. Now that is a good look for an employee! NOT! I didn’t want her touching my fabric — she smelled like cigarettes. I called to complain to the manager. Seven minutes later the «assistant co-​manager» picked up the phone. I know it was 7 minutes because I stayed on the phone on hold while I drove all the way home. He said his name was Josh but refused to give me his last name. A manager who refuses to tell you his last name? Apparently that is «their policy» even though the (previous) store manager’s name is on the sales receipt! He was no help and his attitude was extremely poor. So I called the next day and got yet another «assistant co-​manager» named Delissa who told me that she agreed with me that what that store needs is a good manager and they just hired someone 3 days ago! This Walmart needs a lot of help — let’s hope Greg can do the job.

Just left this Walmart. When walking into the store I went to get a buggy. A friendly employee named Ryan (read his name tag), pulled a buggy out for us and smiled. Nice. A milk broke and was leaking all over the cooler, an employee was there quickly to clean it up. (I didn’t cause the damage). The guy checking us out was quiet but did smile when handing me my receipt.

Quick and easy the lines weren’t too long store was fairly clean.
This not being my regular store I was a little confused with the aisles however it was still pretty easy to find what I need

This has been a pretty nice store so far. It is newer. It’s pretty clean. Just about everyone is nice and helpful. The only negative I’ve experience is the cake lady, kiara I think, was rude and ruined my cake. But besides that’s it’s good.
