Harmony Burger

Terrible service. Menu descriptions completely inadequate. Hours posted on website are incorrect. Food marginally good. It’s a shame because it would be a nice little place.

Food was not great. Possibly all sourced from the Walmart across the parking lot? What kind of burger place only offers one kind of cheese? Burger was over cooked and the lettuce was wilted and sorta nasty. I wanted to love you, your earthy name gave me hope of fresh and natural ingredients. I even dragged my resistant husband thru the front door. Hate it when he’s right.

Pretty unimpressed. The service was slow even though there were only two people in there. The mac&chz had a weird almost spicy taste to it. The burger was mediocre at best. The buns tasted like the ran across the street to walmart to get them. And to top it off, it’s over priced for what you get. I probably won’t be back.

I wanted to like this place. My wife had been waiting for it to open for us to try it out as we recently moved to the area. So we gave it a whirl. Upon walking in, there were customers at the counter ordering and asking questions (almost with a lack of understanding the menu board). Should you go, You’ll see why. The menu is written with understanding that you know what each burger is. No real «descriptions». So we order, Wife and I both get the double cheese burger (Harmony Burger) with the basics (mayo, lettuce, tom, pickles and onions). I inquired about the a la carte fries at $ 2.49. «oh they are like a basket» Going off what Five Guys gives you in fries, I didn’t want to eat 3 pounds of fries for both my wife and I so I decided it best we share some. We got the Harmony hot dog kids meal for our son. Upon getting my receipt (having just paid $ 22 for 2 burgers, a side of fries and kids meal, I realized I was charged 58 cents for pickles. Now mind, you, I don’t care about the 58 cents. Even the $ 22 isn’t life changing $. It was the principal. I asked her, do you really charge extra for pickles? She replied, «oh yes, they are very good». Well I should hope so.
30 minutes later, we got our food. And not before they served a couple that came in after us. My son was starving, my wife was pissed, and I was annoyed. As I opened my burger I had two decent sized patties, a crappy walmart bun (as some other reviewer pointed out) and 2 or 3 pickles you couldn’t even taste on the burger. The burger was so so, the bun naturally fell apart and the fries. LMAO, they didn’t even fill half the basket on my wife’s tray that we shared. I honestly felt I had been robbed willingly.
I made mention to the lady running the show (apparently the daughter of the owner) who was moving so briskly through the dining room and back and forth I felt uncomfortable. The kind of moving quickly, but doing nothing but looking busy. She apologized for the wait and brought some homemade brownies for us to make up for the wait. They were good. The best thing was the lemonade that came with my son’s dinner. It was homemade and super good. That honestly may be the best thing on the menu.
I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions on how it could be improved (who knows best but the customer?), but I got the vibe that they weren’t going to be very receptive to my advice.
I did inquire about who owned it (her mother) and she informed me they were opening a new store in Alpharetta and I think one in Kennesaw in the next year or two. My God I feel sorry for that financial backer. I honestly don’t see this location lasting very long nickel and diming every customer that comes through the door. All I could think was for $ 8, I could go to Cheesburger Bobby’s and get fries, drink and a big burger with all the toppings I want.
I did notice every customer she asked «did you enjoy your meal» they all said, «yes, it was very good». My thoughts are they were responding to the equivalent of «does this shirt look good on me». Yeah… yeah… that’s great, super good. Now let me get out of here. Best of luck. I hope their own opinions of themselves and their food doesn’t get in the way of knowing when to quit or expand.
To differentiate yourself from the competitor doesn’t mean you need to charge for every tidbit on the back bar. At least not without a great service which doesn’t exist there. Friendly, ehh sorta, but no one is hurting themselves.

Great place for vegetarians! They have two options of veggie burgers and their sweet potato fries taste awesome! Would go again :) gave 5 stars because the price is great too!

I went there twice for dinner and considering that I’m a vegetarian I thought that going to a burger place, like I usually do, I would have had to order a salad … Instead they have 2 choices of veggie burgers, one with tofu and one with seitan. This last one is the only one I’ve tried so far and it’s amazing! The rest of the menu is even better, my husband is a burger lover and he always tries at least 5 things from the menu before deciding if he likes the place of not. The most great thing they have in here is the stuffed burger, meaning you can choose the topping to add inside your patties! Awesome! And plus… they make the patties fresh at the moment! My husband also loved the cheese and chili fries, he said you could really taste the ground beef in it! Last time to take our order there was the owner, Novella, who was super sweet, and while chatting nicely with us was doing the most deeper cleaning I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I loved the place, loved the food. I’m going back tomorrow!

If you want to try a special hamburger… just come here… What you will eat is not comparable. You bite your hamburger and it’s a WIN! The high quality of the hamburger is unbelievable! They can also prepare you meat with ingredients inside cause everything is so fresh!!!
Try also the Fries with chili and cheese! The flavor is amazing!
The price is low for the quality that they are giving you…
Plus they have Tofu and other vegetarian choices!
Remember… high quality means also longer waiting times… but after that… Dive into those flavors… you will not regret it!:)

Overpriced for what you actually get. Cheese fries were terrible and how do you mess up cheese fries???

Amazing Burgers, I was pleasantly surprised. The wait was a little long but it was so worth it. I will definitely be back!!!

Good Burgers. Don’t worry with the STUPID comments about this place. I am a regular customer and to be front I’ve been to FIVE GUYS (Greasy) place, CHEESBURGER BOBBY’s (Bland) Harmony offers something different. Fresh and tasty. This is a great new burger Café. Give it a try. Please Ignore some of the silly comments. Customers today are demanding and less appreciative.

I consider myself a fine critic of burgers in general. The burger was too well done and did not have any flavor. On a top burger list is Woodstock– Canton– Kennesaw, this would not hit the top 15.
The restaurant itself was impressive! Clean– up to date and very well maintained.
I hope they continue to work on their burgers. I love watching small businesses succeed.
Save your time and money for now!

The burgers are most excellent. They have a fair number of choices of burgers to pick from, and even one where you can pick your add-​ons.
The 2 problems I have though:
1) the menu does not have descriptions, so ordering requires asking the help what comes with what.
2) for a place that says «Free Wifi», they should actually have it.

Went to this place after opening week. We were the only people in the place. The person at the counter seemed to be inconvenienced by us being there. Now let’s start with the food not sure if they ran out of everything from opening weekend or that’s just the way it is the burgers tasted like frozen bubba burgers no salt or pepper the buns must have come from the Walmart next door and the burger was advertised with a bunch of ingredients that never came.

The cashiers at the counter are haughty and rude. They are conveniently out of certain menu items, stating that they are busier than expected and out of stock. Twice now this has happened. They are also unaccommodating a good 30 minutes before closing time. This is not very good customer service. They seem eager to get you out the door well before advertised closing time. Now, let’s cover the food. Their food is not worth the money they charge, much less the service and hassle the staff provide. Twice now have I been here, twice have I felt unwelcome, and twice have I been highly dissatisfied. Not worth the time or effort for traveling there, even though it is no more than 10 minutes away.
Update: The owner/​manager is very nice and helpful, but he’s the only one with my experiences here.

Very disappointed. Came to eat and work. Ordered a single cheeseburger, mac and cheese, and fresh lemonade. The burger was ok with good tomato and lettuce. I put some pepper on my mac and cheese (there was no salt) and took a bite. It was ice cold. I quietly brought it to the counter and told the server who apologized. A couple minutes later my same mac and cheese came back fresh from the microwave, this time scalding hot. It was also incredibly bland. The lemonade was just plain weird tasting. There were three tables and nobody at the counter, so I don’t understand why they call you up to get your food. The prices are not in line with what they serve, but I’d happily pay it for better food. On a side note, a customer after me asked if they could have a bacon cheeseburger and it threw her for a loop. They have all the ingredients, but not a clear way of ordering it. Strange.

Mediocre at best. The burgers were barely average. Big bun small burger. Service was definitely without a smile or welcome to our business. One bright spot the fries were good and crispy. There are much better options out there, even if I have to drive 3 extra miles. Very underwhelming.

I heard a lot of mixed reviews about the new burger place across from Walmart in Holly Springs. I checked them out today after work. I ordered the Smoke House Burger
medium well. My burger was very good moist and juicy. Management was very nice friendly and very professional. When I visited the place every table was full! April 21, 2015 Tuesday evening about 7:45 PM

We just finished eating there on April 12, 2015. We wereexcited to try a local burger place. Unfortunately we were not impressed with this place. The burger that I had was pretty good. While the fries looked good, it didn’t taste as good as it looked. The fries were too greasy. The kids meals were way too smallin portion size. The staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and were less than courteous. I really hope the owner sorts all of these things out. I would love to see a local burger joint be successful and Holly Springs.

New burger place that opened across from the new Walmart in Holy Springs. Opened about 3 weeks ago. Went with my dad. We both had double cheeseburger. His cooked medium well and mine done medium rare. They were prepared very well and both were tasty and juicey. Both the burgers and fries were made to order and served hot and fresh. The servers were friendly and the cook (think owner as well) came out to ask us and the other table how we liked our burgers. The two double burgers and one order of fries came to $ 17. The fries were enough to share if you don’t want too many. Would give 4.5 stars of I could. Took off a .5 because they forgot the pickles on my burger which I had to pay extra for and the patties on the burgers could have been a bit bigger but we’re good for the price. Be prepared to use lots of napkins. Nice to finally have a decent burger joint in the area. Enjoy!!!
