I’ve never been a huge DQ fan but I was excited to have an «ice cream» place near by after YO POP closed. I love giving my kiddos a cool treat in the summer when they have a super good day at school. But after 4 tries I’m kind of done with this particular place. They can’t get the dipped cones right — it’s always dripping or lopsided and they are kinda the king of the dipped cones, ya know what I’m sayin’? And the blizzards are rarely mixed in right and they have an off taste.. .I don’t know why. But I would avoid this and just drive a bit farther and get a cone from Chick Fil A.

Friendly staff, even though we were the last customers of the night!
Our order was correct and perfect. They seemed like they had been busy right before we got there but there was no waiting.
I definitely recommend this location for a great snack!

I was excited when Dairy Queen went in. I ordered a banana split and my husband ordered a dipped cone. It was pretty busy so they gave us a number and we waited to be served. After waiting 15 minutes for our order, my husband went to the front and they gave him our ice cream, which was sitting on the counter (I’m pretty sure it sat at the counter for 10 of those minutes). His dipped cone was in decent condition but my banana split was completely melted. Even the whipped cream was liquid by the time I got it. I went back to the front and asked for a refund, which they gave me, but got no further comment, apology or offer to make a new one. We will probably try them again because I think they deserve a second chance, but I’m not optimistic seeing the other reviews.

I really hate to leave a bad review, but hopefully management will see it and address the situation.
I’ve been a few times to this location, and every time something is wrong. Their customer service is really lacking too. «That’s just the way it is» is a terrible response to a question about a product looking a little off. I don’t know if the employees were trained improperly or what, but they are not serving product that’s up to Dairy Queen standards.

Been three times now. All three times they manage to screw up selling a blizzard. Tonight they let me order 4 blizzards, pay, and take my number. After sitting a few minutes they come tell me that the ice cream machine is broken and they made a mistake selling me the blizzards. I understand stuff happens but three times in a row. This place needs better management.
