Off their game today for breakfast. My husband and I literally stood at the front counter for five minutes without being acknowledged, with several staff walking by us behind the counter. Finally acknowledged, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, both their orders were wrong. Even though we were told to keep the one sandwich, neither of us eats sausage so it had to go to waste. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and it came with cheese, but I did not want to throw it out. We had to pass by three dirty tables before we found one that was clean. A very different experience than we normally have here. I hope that it was an exception rather than the rule moving forward. The only reason I gave it a three star instead of two was because staff was friendly.

Food was great as always! Grilled chicken done to perfection. Love the chick-​fil-​a sauce to go with it! Restaurant was packed solid but service was able to rise up to the occasion.

This is the best Chick-​fil-​A in the area! Everything is always fresh and they’re expert at moving a drive through line through the window. As with other CFA’s the staff is always courteous and has a big smile and an «It’s my pleasure» for you, but the staff here seems very sincere. I’ll go out of my way or wait an additional 10 – 15 minutes to go to this CFA instead of others in the area.

Every time I use this location for drive through services, my order is wrong. Every.single.time. It’s frustrating.

I’ve always loved this restaurant and today I was reminded why. I had an unpleasant experience that was quickly addressed by the marketing director. Her small gesture meant a lot to this loyal customer.

The employees are so courteous and friendly. We pulled up to the drive-​thru and an employee came out to give us a sample of their frosted lemonade. What a smart marketing plan. It is lemonade and their signature icedream and it was so smooth and creamy! Made me want to order one and that is an item I wouldn’t typically order. The restaurant is always very clean on the inside and the food is fresh and hot. Great place to go for a good quick meal.

Chick-​Fil-​A in Holly Springs is pretty much the gold standard for fast-​food excellence. This location is kept pretty much spot-​less at all times, even when the interior is packed.
The drive through moves quickly, and I can’t remember a single time waiting more than 5 minutes for an order, most of the time it is under 3. You can tell the management runs a pretty tight ship because I have never seen any employee do anything other than smile and be extremely helpful for anything you ask. It’s actually almost to the point of robotic with their never-​fail response of, «my pleasure» after any request of mention of thanks.
The food is consistently warm, fresh, and tasty. Once again, after many trips I have yet to have a meal that was cooked incorrectly, or off in anyway. With Chick-​fil-​a in general I recommend staying away from sandwich with tomato on them. The tomato and pickle will lead to a soggy, sloppy bun, and overall brings the quality of sandwich down in my opinion. The lemonade is also as good as it gets. If you have been to Chick-fil-a’s before, you definitely won’t be disappointed in the Holly Springs location.

Came in for a quick breakfast with my wife and son. The food was okay but the staff did not follow through with their promise of bringing out our coffee. My wife had to go ask after we all finished breakfasts. This I’d not a very good impression on my first visit.

My daughter loves the meals. The best is the crisis cross fries. The chicken is real tender and juicy but the wait time seems excessive.

always a great place with wonderful service. I just wish they would lower the prices. $ 9.00 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink is a bit much.

Consistently good, employees are friendly and helpful. Love the buddy fruits and grilled nuggets for kids meals. My son is allergic to peanuts and can’t eat their fried chicken but the grilled is safe. Great addition. And the ice dream. Nom!

What’s not to love about Chick-​fil-​A? This location has a very nice manager and the teen employees are always so nice. Clean and pleasant to eat at.

Here’s an update to someone’s sanitation gripe: 97.5 here for 2014.
This location is dandy, just like many of the others I’ve been to. Although I have to wonder… is this locations sweet tea incredibly watered down?! Whyyyyyy!!!

Superb service, as at every location I’ve tried. The only downer was the SANITATION certificate of 93.0%

First time I ever had chickfila, I had a chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it.
You can’t go wrong with any fried chicken dipped in ranch in my opinion.

I was in Holly Springs recently for work, and had to bring breakfast to a work meeting with about 20 people. Chick Fil A was right next door and the perfect solution to my catering needs.
For a meeting of 20 people the manager, Steve, suggested a large tray of minis, a small tray of minis and a fruit tray. I went ahead with that and of course all of the sauces. He had it ready in literally 30 minutes. It was a big hit.
I tried one of the minis after my presentation and all day was thinking «omg that was good.» I wanted another one. I still want another one a week later.
Chick Fila was perfect for catering I had never used it for that prior to my meeting last week, but I definitely will again.

Okay, I am from Atlanta and used to go to the very first CFA restaurant, ALL of the time… My grandparents even knew Mr. Cathy… I have been going to this CFA since it first opened and it is great, not as great as home, but I love it! :) Nothing is as good on a cold winter day or a hot summer day as a CFA sandwich and waffle fries…
I had one issue with this store a year ago, they corrected the issue and I have never had any other problems… The food is always hot, always fresh, and I love it that when walking into this restaurant they are always playing some form of music… Just like at home…

Truly delicious taste of Southern Fried Chicken.
Always be my first choice of breakfast /​lunch everytime I travel to mid southern west.

This Chick-​fil-​A recently opened in Holly Springs and it’s the best fast-​food that we have now! They are so quick, and very pleasant. Each time you order from the drive-​thru, the person taking your order always ends by saying, «Have a blessed day.» How nice is that?
The food is excellent (all of their sandwiches are 500 calories or less) and their lemonade is the best that I’ve ever had!
The only bad thing about Chick-​fil-​A as a whole is that they’re not open on Sundays. Something about giving the employees time to recharge and rejuvinate and give everyone a time of rest.
