I recently had a septic backup in my basement on a Sunday morning. It was a bit of an emergency, so I called multiple plumbers and septic companies to see who could come first. Rodenhiser was the first septic company to return my call. I spoke to the on-​call person, who was extremely helpful. Turns out, I needed a plumber first. Monday morning, I called back because I was told I needed to wait until the water level in my back yard went down to have my tank emptied. Someone came within an hour to empty my tank. He was friendly, answered all my questions and I think the price was very fair. I will use Rodenhiser next time I need septic service.

Job was done quickly. Job was done right. They cleaned up after they were done. Not sure you can expect more from a contractor.

Very good experience with Bill and his crew. He is extremely knowledgable and went the extra mile, placing boulders in an artful way during our septic project. Would highly recommend.
