çBe afraid, be VERY afraid of Sterling Services, Inc. If you are an association, walk away. If you are a landlord, walk away. This is my personal opinion, for witch I am entitled to based upon my personal experience. The outcome will not be positive in my opinion. I would greatly like to add that they ZEROZERO rating… FROMZERO people adding thoughts, but ending up with an A+ rating w/the BBO. Have you taken statics, and find this concept concerning. Shame on the BBB !

I wish I could give Sterling Service company NOSTAR. Because I agree with the other reviews. It is hard to understand that condo boards hire this company because we paid there salaries and they don’t listen what we say to them, and they think we are the enemy. Service from them is none etc.

Same bad experience as other 2 reviews. The person I’ve spoken to on occasion for repairs does not care at all about your issue, and can’t be bothered to return calls. Distant attitude, not interested in her job. Super slow response even in emergencies. Severe leak in roof went on for 4 months before being repaired.

Just a really poor company. I use to live in a complex that was«managed» by sterling services. They can not manage themselves less any of their properties. The owner is so arrogant that you can not speak to him. He pushes his will constantly on the condo board and does not listen to others. Even when the board asks him to do something, he will do what he WANTS to do, not what the board requested. They are VERY slow to get back to you(Don’t return phone calls) and when they do, they don’t care about your issue. If your condo board is looking to switch property management companies, stay away from Sterling Services in Holliston, ma. They will charge you very high rates, give you piss poor service, and suck your association finances dry.
