What a treat! AMAZING customer service, great scenic location and food to die for! The Brioche bread and cinnamon rolls are delicious and completely addictive. The jalapeño cheddar bread is insane, and the aroma of the bakery is heavenly. Suncoast is absolutely the BEST!

I LOVE coming here. I wish it was open every day of the week! I have to come and stock up for the entire week and the bread is so natural that it sometimes doesn’t last the entire week so I’m stuck eating store bought bread a few days. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Suncoast!

Wow what a hidden gem! The fresh hot breads are a steal and absolutely delicious. Sometimes the loaves of bread are too big for my household so my solution is to get the huge pretzels that come in the same flavors and are just as fluffy as the bread loaves. I’ve gotten both the loaves and pretzels in jalapeño cheddar and garlic. The cinnamon roll and banana puffin were AMAZING… Perfect way to start a Saturday morning. You can’t go wrong with anything here so feel free to experiment and try new things. However, my favorite things to get are the fresh graham crackers and ice cream. The Graham crackers are soft, so for a real treat, eat the grahams dipped in the ice cream– the best mix: cinnamon grahams with horchata ice cream. This is a family owned and operated business so the hours are a little strange… They’re only open on Fridays and Saturdays but I have to say it’s completely worth the wait. The menu options also change every week so be sure to check the menu online if you’re looking for something in particular. But like I said before, you can’t go wrong so even if they don’t have what you’re looking for try something new… It’ll be great!

I have been singing the praises of this wonderful bakery for weeks and weeks, and have posted it’s goodies on my Facebook page. I have brought many friends down for delicious brunches, and have taken my husband here on a Friday(when I can get a day off) for a special lunch. I am so glad to see how busy they have become, even though sometimes they run out of my favorite things(gotta get there early). Lisa is constantly coming up with new recipes, and ideas for delicious desserts, soups, breads(the Jalapeño Cheddar is so warm and delicious straight from the oven, it never makes it home). I was originally drawn in by the pictures and description of the cinnamon rolls. I keep coming back week after week, trying new goodies. The chocolate croissants are almost better than the ones I had in France(sorry patisseries!) The bread puddings are wonderful fresh from the oven, but are even great re-heated when we take leftovers(AND there are always leftovers) home. The breads are diverse, delicious, and definitely worth the trip! I really can’t say enough about this bakery. We recently moved to Gilroy, and are so thrilled to have this bakery only a short drive away. We look forward to our Saturday mornings, when we can drive to Hollister(only 25 minutes) and wait«im-patiently» at the front gates, until they open at 9am. To be able to sit out on their cozy little patio, and enjoy our fresh baked delights, while taking in the beautiful scenery of rolling mountains and grazing land, is a small slice of heaven, and one of the reasons we relocated to the South County. Sun Coast Organic Farms is a wonderful«destination» for anyone who wants to get away from the city, and enjoy all that nature has to offer. I can’t wait to go back and see what they cook up next!

This is seriously the best bakery I have ever been to, and it is wonderful to know that all the ingredients are top notch, some milled right there, or picked from nearby orchards. Ask the business owners a question, and they will be happy to spend as much time as you like explaining the painstaking efforts they go through every week to deliver premium products to the local public on Friday’s and Saturdays. Today was my first day there, after seeing so many friends posted on facebook. It was out of the way, about 5 miles, and I can see myself taking a leisurely ride out there for great bread once a week to stock up, no problem. The people are just SO nice and sincere that I found myself wanting to make sure they succeed, so I posted on facebook as well!( ). Because it was my first time, and because I have a large family, I chose to purchase several items, and here are notes on a few: Sourdough Bread, STILLWARM! And oh man, you can tell it is not store bought, just so many cuts above(no pun intended). Cinnamon Roll, WOWWWWWWW!!! Amazing! I’ve always been a sucker for Cinnabon, and my mom made some of the best cinnamon buns all during my childhood, but(sorry mom) these were the best EVER. Just gigantic, and so delicious. You can have cream cheese or caramel on top, and walnuts are optional. I chose cream cheese and walnuts and it was amazing. You could share one 4 ways! Apricot Bread Pudding: Ok, they just picked the apricots themselves this week! Honestly, I’m not an apricot fanatic — I like them ok — but I love bread pudding, and I just had a couple bites of this gigantic portion and it was wonderful. Just knowing the organic apricots were picked and processed by the chefs just made it taste 100x better also! Everything looked amazing, I’m sure nothing from there will disappoint. It is a bit out of the way, but I could take a nice drive out there any time for such amazing staples and treats. Go! Go now!!! Ok, ok, wait till Friday or Saturday when they’re open. :o)

The BEST Sourdough Bread! Lots of yummy dessert breads. The most wonderful Bread Pudding and Puffins! Graham Cookies are excellent, as is the granola. Gelato, soup, and the list keeps growing. Lisa and David just keep adding to what they carry. Fantastic!

Secret jewel nestled in a remote location on Southside Drive near the filming location of the 1987 movie«La Bamba», staring Lou Diamond Phillips. Look for a small sign on the roadway near a long driveway to a private residence. Drive all the way down the driveway to the back where there is an old barn where you will see a lot places to park. Enter the barn and you will be amazed at the beautiful bakery inside. Out back is a lovely patio warmly decorated, great views and plenty of seating. All baked goods are fresh and delicious ranging from sweets to fresh bread. Good old fashioned hospitality is hard to find these days… bring your own cup and enjoy free coffee with your sweet treat. Don’t forget to purchase a loaf of bread for later on your way out!!! Best way to get there? …On your Harley of course :)

This is my new found treasure when I visit my family in Hollister! Delicious organic fresh breads, and yummy desserts. I ordered the cinnamon roll with frosting, we also had the tres leches bread pudding and the chocolate croissant that were all amazing. We had a jalapeño cheddar bread, and focaccia, baguette, and lastly fresh sourdough load straight out of the oven! Their patio has a great view of the hills where you can relax and enjoy some coffee and the delicious treats. We will definitely be coming back!

I MEAN… WOW. My man is a BIG cinnamon roll person and is super picky about them. So for him to say that this was a BOMB cinnamon roll is saying something(I have to agree with him). We went on a day where they had a caramel cinnamon roll with pecans on top. Pure heaven. I wish they had it all the time! We also ordered the standard roll with frosting — SOMUCHFROSTING. The C-Rolls are massive. You can share one, but you won’t want to. We went on a Saturday morning right when they opened. If you go any later, it gets busy… I don’t even want to write this review, because I don’t want to give away this secret hidden gem. FYI — They are open only on Fri and Sat. Patio in the back is beautiful. Great way to spend a Saturday morning. P. S. We also got chocolate graham crackers. These are no ordinary grahams. They are soft and cookie-like. Would make for a killer s’more…

Awesomeness! It’s difficult for me to get out and about so I don’t get to come here as often as I would like. It’s definitely a special treat! After having a late lunch yesterday, decided to stop at the bakery for dessert and coffee on the way home. I had the bread pudding. It’s a huge serving, large enough for two! So delicious! It was a beautiful afternoon and I ended up just hanging out on the back patio for quite a while with my «city» friend who loves going to the bakery. It was very quiet and peaceful. The chocolate croissants are amazing. The breads are excellent… who doesn’t love warm fresh bread? I purchased cinnamon swirl to make french toast. Next time I think I’ll try the jalepeno cheddar. This is a family owned business that truly shows pride of ownership. The staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. I haven’t been able to try the cinnamon roll yet… so if anyone’s out there on a Saturday morning and is thinking about me…

Great artisanal bread. Had the ciabatta and it had a great dark smoky crust with a light and fluffy interior. Will try the cinnamon rolls next. Also, we had the lemon tarts, which are individual sized, and they were delicious with a crunchy meringue top. I could have eaten 10. Worth the drive out.
