I am the owner of Fro-Yo Fever(Fro-Yo Delite) in Gilroy, and we recently had a refrigeration issue. Ron from Gold Coast answered the phone quickly, showed up at my door within minutes(literally), diagnosed the problem and put a band aid on the problem. Unfortunately, the issue will require replacement of our unit. Ron was honest and straight forward. Additionally, he checked out all of our refrigeration equipment(which we have a lot of) and our HVAC unit, taught us preventive maintenance to avoid future problems and is even bringing back some hard to find filters for us. This was my first experience with Gold Coast. We were lucky because he was in the area. Based on my one experience, Gold Coast has a new customer for life.
