Really Subway? I ordered my sandwich… a chicken sandwich with cheese and I asked for turkey meat on top. No mayo, no mustard, no ranch, no pickles, no lettuce, NOTHING else. I get charged 50 cents for the turkey meat. Unreal. Wont be going back again.

Service is fine at this location. I’ll go to this location if I happen to be in this area, such as if I’m on the way to or from the movies. I live across from the San Juan Road Subway, and when I’m on my way to Kmart, will go to the San Benito Street one. As Such I tend to eat at those locations more often. But this one is as good as the others as the servers always ask and listen to how I want my sandwich. The restaurant is always clean. We should consider our town lucky to have three Subways(this one was the first), something that might not have been imagineable 20 years ago. I enjoy all locations, no matter how frequently I dine at any one particular location.

I’ve been going here for years. Now that they serve a low cal breakfast, I’m all in. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore. I stopped going after a bad customer service issue with one of the girls(Hispanic, light complected) during breakfast hours. I tired about 6 weeks later(for breakfast) and same issue with the same girl. Poor attitude, sloppy service, not inviting, just leaves me with a bad taste for Subway. Try the new one next to Gold’s Gym or go to my favorite — Togo’s.

I avoid this location at all costs. The manager, Sonny, is a creeper! He flirts WAY too much, and asks you personal questions while he makes your sandwich. He asked me where I lived in town, where I work, if I had a boyfriend/husband etc. When I handed him my credit card, he wanted to see my I.D. So when I gave it to him, he started reading my first and last name out loud with the nasty smile on his face. I was mortified because I know he looked at my address and birth date. I felt so violated that I posted my experience on my Facebook newsfeed, and to my surprise, some of my own girlfriends have had similar experiences with him asking where they lived, if they were married, had kids, etc! Never going there again in my life.

Eh… it’s a Subway. The people working there were pretty friendly and nice, but it’s still a Subway.

Wow, a hundred different ways to make a sandwich and it still tastes like shit. Don’t try to distract me with 10 different kinds of bread or 30 different toppings no matter how you put together my sandwich it’s not gonna taste good. A large here will never fill me up… Ever. Even if I just ate. This is a problem. The sandwiches always end up bland and tasteless. The staff here is usually looking like there ready to point the business end of a shotgun in there mouth(for good reason) and the branch owner here is a CHEAP ass. God forbid if she ever makes you a sandwich it will have 2 olives on it and a ½ piece of cheese. I guess people either love or hate this place. I guess you know where I stand. If you want a good sandwich go to Safeway or Nob Hill grocery stores.
