This is similar to Ci Ci’s pizza but only with better food. The pizza is usually thin/pan cust. The toppings are whatever you want. When going through the buffet there is pizza already out but if you’re craving something you don’t see all you have to do is ask. They’ll make any flavor your heart desires. If you aren’t a big pizza fan they have a full salad bar and comfort food. You can have fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, biscuits and so much more. The chicken was fried just right with crispy skin. If you do go make room for the biscuits. They’re homemade, fluffy and the butter is cooked in. For dessert there is pizza of course or pudding, yogurt and jello.

Wonderful place for families. Food is delicious. If you do not see the pizza you want they will make it. The Dessert’s are awesome. I did not have the coffee but some in our group did and raved how good it was. If busy you might need to wait but it is worth the wait.

This review is only for a carry out order that I had today. The good news is the young man that served me was very friendly and a very good representative for the Pizza Ranch. It’s his customer service that is probably what is keeping me from wanting to round this down to a 2 star review. I ordered a barbeque chicken pizza and as far as flavor goes it was OK. The worst part was it was a medium thickness crust as I ordered but it was very dry and had no flavor of the crust goes. Overall a bit of a letdown. I’ve had better barbeque pizzas that were frozen and came from the freezer section of the grocery store. Based on the fact that my nephews really talk this place up as being one of the best they’ve ever been to I’m sure I’ll be back to see if today was just a fluke or not. At this point I don’t see myself becoming a regular customer if todays experience is typical.

Disappointed. Chicken wasn’t good & neither was the pizza. The servers were very nice but the food leaves alot to be desired. Very clean though.

The perfect place for a pizza lover. And for those of us who aren’t so crazy about pizza, they have the best fried chicken in the world. Then dessert is sweet delicious dessert pizza with soft serve ice cream. Reasonably priced too.

It was okay, but I’m not a huge fan of buffets. All the food was really bland. They will make your kind of pizza and serve it to you if it’s not up at the buffet. I wouldn’t miss it if I didn’t ever go back again.

If it was responsible to give this place 1 star because of the crowd that frequents it and the horrifying ambiance I would, but that is not fair so I will just warn you. Do not under any circumstances try to enter this feedlot of an establishment. I tried and tried to go to this place based on it just being the new thing and being recommended to me several times. It seems to always have a half hour wait no matter the time of day or week, and to me that alone kills the benefit of going to a buffet. I go to buffets when I don’t have time to wait on ordered food, they are rarely cheaper than menu ordering unless you eat like a pig. Here is my one piece of advice. Do yourself a favor and order the chicken TOGO and be done with it. The chicken and sides are excellent for a fast food buffet and cheap enough to feed your crew at the park or home, seriously use the drive through and go to the Van Raalte park next door and enjoy. The pizza is crap, some of the most bland crap I have tried,(seriously Village Inn is better) There is no real dessert bar just cinnamon pizza and soft serve with no toppings(who does that?). Seriously the only reason I gave three stars if for the chicken, four star chicken one star restaurant. If you fail to heed my advice here is what you will get. Upon arriving You will probably wait outside for a minute. When you do reach the door you will be herded in like cattle to the slaughter except that you get fed in the end. After standing in the stockades being crammed by parties in front and behind you of rude people who chose to send in one representative ahead of time and then all crowd in around him after they arrive late. This makes the narrow 10 foot wide stockade entrance functionally impassable as a single file line tries to exit through the straggling poorly mannered Hollanders who mosey about like they own the place. When you finally get midway through the line you get a full view of the buffet in all it’s mediocrity. This is well stocked, but the variety is not much as they concentrate on good chicken and sides and pizza,(so getting a family meal and sides doesn’t lock you out of much or any variety you gain by attending the buffet). As I stood there for the last 15 minutes of my wait I saw how awkward it was to place the buffet between the entrance/exit and the tables. You see usually the buffet is in the middle or back of the restaurant so as you pile the slop on your tray you don’t get leered at by hungry cynical onlookers like me, let alone all the tables entering and exiting with hostesses through the same buffet floor that is trying to be stocked by the kitchen while simultaneously being ravaged by hungry diners. After I weaved my way through this mess I found my table to be so close in proximity to the other tables around me that I just could not eat in comfort. The back of my chair ground against the chair of the gentleman behind me as both of us inched up to the table, and neither of us had over a 34″ waist. Traffic to and from the buffet raced back and forth around me making it difficult to stuff my face in peace. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and only took about 15 minutes to eat and leave. Whomever came up with this layout should be flogged.

My husband and I went here for the first time last week and we loved it! My husband loved the chicken and mashed potatoes the best. Everything I tried was very good! We liked the atmosphere, it was nice and quiet where we sat. We can’t wait to go again. :)

My wife and I visited the Pizza Ranch today and it was a full house. You would expect staff to be stressed, but all of them had smiles and looked like they loved their jobs. The buffet was fully stocked with many different varieties to choose. I had to wait a few minutes for chicken to cool. It was delicious and fresh. In spite of serving to capacity, there was room to make selections and surprisingly quiet. Excellent job

My family and I went here tonight for the first time. It was amazing. It wasn’t just pizza but they had a salad bar, fried chicken, and all the fixings. Dessert was fantastic. Prices weren’t bad at all either. For 3 of us we spent $ 30 and that included drinks and dessert. If you want fantastic pizza, chicken, and the best ice cream all for a good price then you have to eat here. The service was also great. We will definitely be going back.

Pizza is terrible, not worth the wait or the price. Couple that with the christian music blasting from the speakers and the religious crap all over the walls… gross.

The chicken is amazing and the mashed potatoes and gravy are so good. Maybe not home cookin’ good, but as far as restaurant quality goes right at the top of the list! The salad bar was nice, they have a salad with feta, dried cranberries and candied pecans that was incredible! We had some broccoli cheese soup(needed salt, that may be personal preference though) but otherwise was good-at least you could see actually pieces of broccoli, so I enjoyed it! Really, though, with a name like Pizza Ranch, the pizza has to be the star, and it was! For the type of pizza it is it definitely holds it’s own! I love that if there is a pizza you would like not on the buffet, you can order it and when it is finished they bring it to your table for the first slices! So neat, and no worry about not getting what you want! Dessert pizza was great, the«cactus bread» don’t look like much but taste wonderful… do not judge that book by it’s cover! The price is very fair considering everything is included in the price, including the drinks! It was just around $ 30 for a group of 3, but we left so full we did not eat again all day! We will definitely go back! The staff were sweet, the food was good and the restaurants mission statement solidifies the deal! Glad to have a Pizza Ranch in Holland! I would like to thank Becca and Madi for making our first visit to the Pizza Ranch a great experience!

Awesome. It was my first visit here, and I loved everything about it. Buffet was great, and everything was very quick and simple. Pizza was awesome, and the chicken was too. Even the ice cream was good! Overall, I’ll definitely coming back.

Not just good pizza. Opening week, long lines but worth it. Good pizza but also great chicken and veggies. The salad bar was full of options and a good selection of desserts. If you don’t see your fav pizza just request it and they make it and bring it to your table. $ 10.99 for all you can eat including a drink is the best value around.
