McDonald’s

It’s a difficult task to accomplish but Holden McDonalds did it with spectacular skill. They beat out all of Worcester for the nastiest men’s restroom around. I don’t know how the health department lets this place operate. The odor of raw sewage is overpowering from the toilet not connected to the floor. Filthy walls, doors and sink. I’ve let management know several times and they could not care less. The people touching your food are supposed to use this bathroom as well. Stay far far away.

Failed their food safety inspection, disgusting restaurant, everything is always out of order, and no one has a clue what they’re doing.

Workers here are so rude and slow.
It’s middle of dinner rush and there are no fries in the fryer. Workers are moving at snail’s pace.
I ordered a large fries because my kids in the car were hungry for McD’s fries.
When ordering, I asked the worker to fill the fry holder fully. That’s a gentle reminder, after paying almost $ 3.
What I got was mostly air. Seriously, McDs, is this how you tell your workers to fill the fry cup?
So disappointed, especially since I asked, reminded.

Worst service ever. Over 12 minutes to get a smoothie ordered inside at the counter. Orders go into a queue with the drive thru orders and the drive thru was backed up. I asked if someone could just get my order and was told no. The girl at the window couldn’t even get it. Thought this was maybe just a bad day and went back again. Same thing, over 10 minutes to get your order inside. Maybe the drive thru is different but I won’t be going back. Service is awful.

i go inside thursdays at 5 to get my kid a happy meal and it takes 20 minutes.

I will not return to this location. It’s awful! The staff is careless and poorly trained. They are always out of something or the shake machine doesn’t work. They usually forget to put something in my bag, or a six pack of nuggets will only have 5. My biggest complaint is the Ridiculously long wait in line. The only reason for eating at mcdonalds is to stay in the car and get FAST food which is not the case here!

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in Central Mass. Most employees are younger than 18 and are either poorly trained or uneducated to hear what your order is and correctly prepare it. There is almost always a long line at this particular location more than any other because the employees are so slow. I’ve seen many customers get out of line multiple times because they didn’t want to wait ten minutes for a meal that was supposed to be fast– hence the term «fast food.» This location needs to be re-​staffed and run differently for this McDonalds to improve.

I love McDonalds as they have fun toys. This is my bestest McDonalds because I come here a lot with my daddy.
The food is tasty. I like to get a plain sandwich (cheeseburger) but sometimes I get a little bored from it so sometimes I get chicken nuggets and French fries. They always make my order the way I want but sometimes they forget to put something I wanted in the bag so we have to check each time before we leave.
Sometimes we eat here and sometimes we go through the drive thru.

First of all, if you are concerned with McDonald’s reviews, you deserve to eat at McDonald’s. Exclusively. That’s like doing research on Kool Aid flavors before you go to the grocery store. However, if you must…
This McDonald’s has the same crap as every other McDonald’s in the world. It’s staffed by a bunch of high schoolers who would rather be texting or shopping or whatever the hell they do rather than serving you, so many times it’s slow. Hard to believe fast food can be this slow, but I suppose it speaks to the excellent work ethic of upper middle class white American teens. On the plus side, it has to be fairly clean, because upper middle class white people are entitled, spoiled and have high standards.
But who cares about any of this… you’re going to go there and stuff something in your fat face anyway, so stop wasting time. Enjoy!
