Customer Service #101. Greet customers as they arrive in store — there were two Sales Associates behind counter helping one individual and i think one of them was the Mgr or owner. I was the only other person in the store. I was not asked if i needed anything or no acknowledgement i was even there. I Will not be back and with smaller businesses struggling in this economy you think they would be all up in your face. Time to learn some customer service etiquette.

Walked in about 30 minutes prior to store closing on a Tuesday(not like it was a Friday), and the store manager and another clerk were already closing the registers. I was never greeted, never asked if I needed assistance. When I asked to look at a few things behind the glass, the two were very put out. I was on the fence about buying an item and after I was treated so rudely, I walked out. Obviously I wasn’t told to have a good night either. Second bad experience, I don’t care how cute the store is!

I knew there was going to be an issue with a return after reading other reviews. Walked in and wasn’t even greeted, I was the only customer mind you. Couldn’t help but hear the conversation going on between Debbie(I believe that was her name) and another associated about a mutual friend’s personal grooming habits. They were bashing whoever they were talking about pretty hard, right in front of me. Found what I wanted to exchange and of course there was an issue while trying to process the transaction. Believe it or not, they only have a 24 hour return/exchange policy on jewelry, which accounts for about 75% of their merchandise sold. I stated that there wasn’t anything on the receipt that stated this policy. Employee then pointed to a extremely small print sign behind the jewelry counter. Fair enough, I’m upset my mom even spent her money there. I will no longer be stepping foot back in this establishment due to the«catty-ness» of the employees.

I shop at the Heather Shop all throughout the year… The shop is lovely. Beautiful jewelry, love the new Brighton line… and always enjoy seeing what’s new. I can always find something whether it be a gift or something for myself. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I’ll be in soon! Patti Loyal Shopper

While I have had the«snobbish» experience one time, I have gone into the store many times, and usually find the women and customers quite pleasant. I have purchased some unique gifts and stunning jewelry there. For the most part the women are very helpful, but at times very busy. Sometimes you just need to go with the flow and let them do their job. They will get to you and help you. :)

Sadly, I went back a second time a few weeks ago and the women who worked there were not very nice. They hardly answered me when I asked a question and were overall snobby. I was extremely disappointed in them. I am giving them the extra star b/c despite their attitudes, the store still has nice things.

I’ve got to agree with the other reviews that the people who work here are incredibly rude. I wouldn’t even step foot in this place if it weren’t a convenient place to buy Pandora jewelry. Long waits and rude employees. If you even think about bringing your kids into this place you will be treated like a criminal. Prices are high too.

Don’t waste your time going here. I stopped in because on their window, in big pink windows, it says«YARN». So I thought they sold yarn. Silly me. I walked in, walked around for a while, and didn’t find any. I asked the woman behind the counter«Where can I find the yarn?» and she VERYSNOTTILY replied«We don’t sell yarn here.» Okay, lady, I get it, you don’t have to bite my head off.(I didn’t point out to her that the GIANTWORDSONTHEWINDOW say«Yarn».) The store sells a variety of crap that you probably don’t need– overpriced crappy jewelry, ugly handbags, that kind of thing.
