These guys are great. Always helpful and try to accommodate my requests if possible. Light tailoring and repairs, quick turn arounds, and just normal cleaning. Highly recommended!

Very nice people who own and work there. But some of there prices are absolutely crazy on what they have the nerve to charge. I questioned a friend of mine and for the same service was charged just about half of what they charged me for the same type of service at a near by cleaners. It is nice to go to a place and get a smile and a thank you but I’m don’t want to have to pay extra for a smile and a thank you. I prob will not return to joy cleaners again unless I’m in dyer need of something.

I had a horrible experience yesterday at another dry cleaner/​tailor trying to get my pencil dress taken in up top. Long story short, the first place basically said it was ‘so tight’ they couldn’t do anything and I am definitely a size bigger than I think, it would help if I were smaller or the dress bigger. Super irritated I took it to Joy Cleaners after reading their stellar google reviews. Not only were they genuinely concerned and listened to my frustrations, the alterations lady seemed to know what was wrong immediately and was pinning away at my dress in no time. In just a few minutes she had it sitting correctly on my frame and looking even more gorgeous. I’m picking it up next week and can’t wait. Will definitely go to them again, wish I had something else for them to alter just to give them more business :)

My entire family has used this cleaners for many years. The thing that makes them amazing is the seamstress there can alter anything. Literally anything. I just had a bunch of oversized shirts altered, thus giving them a brand new life. My girlfriend had several sweaters altered and they look great. She can also mend holes in expensive garments. Most cleaners tell you they can’t do major alterations — these guys can do anything!
