Horrible, horrible, horrible, did I say that enough? Should I say it again to get my point across? The only thing this place has going for it, is its looks. I stopped by here because I was in the area and, as I have stated on other reviews, I am a big fan of Japanese food. So of course I know, all Japanese food places aren’t created equal and the rating of this location wasn’t the best but given my choices in close proximity I took a gamble with this one and man did I f* up. So there’s a parking lot in front which has ample parking and it’s easy to find. The place looks nice, love the décor, simple and clean. I walk in and all I see is the sushi guy at the sushi bar prepping. He looks up and asks if I want to take out or stay and I stated that I will stay. I took a seat at the bar and waited for a bit. Soon afterwards, two employees come from the kitchen. One of the employees was my waitress. She hands me a menu, then sits down at a table nearby and starts messing with her phone as well as eat, I dunno, noodles or something like that. I look over the menu, decided what I wanted and put it down. Then I looked at my waitress who was still eating and messing with her phone. Time passed and I start to get irritated because she hasn’t even looked up. Not once. The sushi bar guy looks at me and asks me if I am ready to give my order and I said yes. I told him that I would like to have the shrimp teriyaki. She hears me talking to him and then gets up and asks me if I am ready. Really??? Nah, I’m just having a conversation with the sushi bar guy about having a teriyaki lunch box for the hell of it. So yeah, I was annoyed. She takes my menu after I confirmed with her what I wanted and goes to the back. She brought my miso soup first which was not flavorful at all and a salad that looked old which I didn’t even touch it. I asked for green tea so she brought that out for me as well. The green tea was good, I mean how can you f* that up right? Then she brings me the shrimp tempura lunch box dish. Wow! I was like«I ordered the shrimp teriyaki not the shrimp tempura.» The sushi guy immediately apologized and asked if I wanted to switch it out. Being that I was on a rush, I said no, I’ll just take it. The waitress then says to me that I ordered the tempura not the teriyaki. I was so pissed but I am not some crazy person to start a scene so I just looked at her and said no I did not, and that I had asked for the teriyaki but seeing that I did not have the time, I would just take this instead. Super pissed at this point. So annoyed with my waitress and her oblivious attitude, maybe if she was more attentive and not concerned over whatever she was eating and texting or whatever on her phone, she might not have messed up my order. So the tempura, no flavor at all. The California rolls were sloppy and was not appealing to my tastebuds either plus they didn’t even give me a small dish for the soy sauce. The rice was good… haha…yup, that’s all that was good with that lunch box. Nasty food, nasty service. The only employee that did their job was the sushi bar guy but his job is not to attend to me, it was to make sushi… which he isn’t good at either by the way. It was the waitresses job to get my order right, to not mess with her phone and eat while actively working. Anyway, I didn’t even eat it all, more like barely, because of how horrible it tasted. I also gave a .10 cents tip only because I didn’t want to even bother asking for my change. Plus to add more to it, now my stomach isn’t feeling all that well. AVOIDLIKETHEPLAGUE.

Stopped by here because it was my cousin’s favorite asian food place. We walked in to a «just seat yourselves». Ok. My cousin mentioned that she had never seen the waitress we had so I’m not sure if she was new or what but service was pretty terrible. We ordered iced tea and she let us know they didn’t have any but then didn’t know what other drinks they had. When we placed our order, everything came out at weird times(my entrée came early, then my cousin’s appetizer, followed by my cousin’s entrée and then my appetizer). Finally, she never asked if we wanted anything else and just brought over the check. We ordered dessert and received the wrong ones. The food was good but with so many places in the area, service should be better.

The food here is no better than anything else, or worse. So, it’s a little frustrating to pay the prices they charge which a typically higher than other places and pay extra for things like Wasabi Mayo without them even warning you first.

Good quality food, inexpensive prices, contemporary food presentation. Only had their red curry with chicken and it was good, not the best I’ve had but I’d go again.

I ordered pad thai lunch, asked for extra spicy. I have ordered from here for a few years, used to be great, but last few times not so much. Thought I’d give it one more time. Pad thai was dry, no spice, never mind extra as requested, no tofu, maybe 2 scallions. Disappointing

Wife ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and it was great, I had the Spicy Salmon, and Spicy Yellow Tail roll which were both very good. Reasonably priced, and pretty quick delivery. All that equals a five star rating in my book, will definitly give it another go.

Excellent food! Thai pineapple rice was amazing! Spicy tuna rolls were awesome. I wish I lived closer to this little spot but I will stop back in after my next trip out to the outlets.

I have ordered take out a bunch of times now. They are also pretty quick and never mess up my order. I always get the lunch special three rolls for 12 dollars. Overall the sushi is pretty fresh. I have been meaning to try some of the thai food so that will be next on the list. My only complaint is this last time I ordered I got the weakest salad with my lunch combo. Will probably stick with ordering the soup from now on.

The food is good. I am still searching for really great place to eat. The sezhuan chicken I give 1 star smells funny and doesn’t taste like sezhuan chicken. I give that 1 star. The sesame chicken is better. The fried rice I give 3 stars. The egg rolls I give 4 stars The crab ragoons have to much dough and filling doesn’t taste very good. I give that 1 star for effort.

We have never been inside as of yet, but we get delivery all the time from Jiang’s. The staff is always kind and gracious when we call in our orders, the food is delicious, fresh and always prepared perfect. The delivery is always on time or early. I would have to say that Jiang’s is my favorite Asian restaurant for takeout. I usually get the chicken pad Thai. It’s my absolute favorite! Sometimes if I’m avoiding carbs, I will get the general tso’s chicken. It has a perfect blend of spices. My husband and son always get the sesame chicken(white meat only). Occasionally I will splurge and get sushi or sashimi, which is always so fresh. Any time someone asks for clean«Chinese» restaurant for delivery, I recommend Jiangs. The fact that they have Thai, Japanese and sushi is a great bonus! I can’t wait to try the sit down part one day.

I get sushi from here often. I live local so I have had it delivered. I’ve always gotten my food on time and the ordered is always correct. I’ve also ate there with my husband and the service is great. Not only is service and delivery great but the sushi is AMAZING. I always get the spicy maki combo. Great place!

The service left a lot to be desired. They also were out of many of the items on the menu. It’s best to just do take out from here, not dine in. Their saving grace is their fried rice!

The interior of this restaurant is fancier than it appears outside, which was a surprise. Coming in on a Saturday, this place was EMPTYY during lunch time. This asian fusion joint is nice because you get to choose between your pick of thai, chinese, and japanese. They also have a LUNCH menu. I got the basil chicken with rice which was delish. My bf got the red curry — and let me just tell you… it was spiiiiiiicaaaaaayyyyyy. As in drink one table spoon of the soup, and you will be asking for more water. If you get this, I’d recommend you ask to have less spice in this. We also had a tuna roll and spicy tuna roll — yummy in my opinion but not as good as Kotobuki’s of course.

I keep stumbling on the best of the best mid-island LI has to offer(Thanks Unilocalers). Oh my goodness — ALWAYS be wary of «fusion» shops: Chinese/Japanese/Thai Yea sure… EXCEPTOMG this place ROCKS! And it is so so super cute — in a janky strip mall adjacent to a «hair cuttery,» step inside and it is super cute — something like granite walls? I mean what the heck this is Holbrook. Love it — the staff are super friendly and helpful and seriously… I have now tried it all and it is all good… Take out — fresh and HUGE portions Eat-In — super cool(though wine options are ummm limited) Sushi and Japanese food — FRESH and wonderful — hello«Holbrook Roll» HA! Love it — cute and kitschy — LOVEIT! And the portions here are wonderful and LARGE — Hey the Chinese food is FRESH and slightly zingy! The classic GEneral Tso’s chicken for instance — is super crispy and so good — and ZINGY! :Full of flavor — LOVEIT And the Thai food for sure — so rich with flavor — and full of a VARIETY of vergetables including my personal favorite — EGGPLANT! Thank you! So try the lunch specials too — SUPERCHEAP — SUPER(shhhh) LOVETHISPLACE

A good find! They had lunch specials on Saturday’s too. This place has Chinese, Japanese and Thai which is great if you know you want Asian food but not sure what type. Their Thai fried rice was amazing! It included very tender chicken and basil which was a good twist to it. Their sushi was okay… it didn’t stand out as much but I only had their 3 roll lunch special.

I tried this place for the first time tonight — found the menu on line and ordered(take out) a little bit from each part of the menu. I was excited to try this place based on the reviews– so this is what I ordered… Chinese: wonton soup fried wontons chicken and garlic sauce egg roll Thai: spicy basil chicken thai fried rice with chicken Japanese: spider maki I picked it up in 15 minutes — it was a Sunday night around 7:30p, there was only 1 couple eating in the dining room — place looked clean, staff seemed friendly– I picked up my food and was home within 5 minutes. Fried wontons: totally BURNT and hard as rocks ! Idk if they pre fry and then drop them again– but whatever the case may be, they were left in to fry WAY too long ! Soup & egg roll were good — chicken & garlic was exceptionally good compared to local places. However they forgot the rice(which kinda sucked!) The thai fried rice with chicken was delicious — but I think they screwed up my order again with the spicy basil chicken. Ive had that dish at many different Thai places & although it was tasty and had good heat, i don’t think it was what I ordered? As/per the menu there were NO green beans and it was LOADED with eggplant(if this was a substitute for the missing green beans, I wish they would have told me) ** eggplant is the ONLY veg I DONOTLIKE ** The spider roll was tasty & fresh– Overall, the food tasted better than what is local around — which will bring me back for another try– they lost a star on forgetting the rice, burning the wontons and screwing up what may(or may not) have been my spicy basil chicken. Prices are reasonable — I hope they can get it together and get my order right next time.
