Great place to go if you have bad astigmatism. They carry a variety of specialty contacts, and have a very knowledgable staff.

Honestly have no idea what other reviewers could be talking about when they complain about prices. You’re going to a private practice that’s surrounded by Inverness, Barrington and the ritzy parts of Palatine and Hoffman Estates. It’s not some cheesy chain in a mall! The prices are fair and well worth the level of care and quality. The doctors spend a lot of time with you and aren’t rushing you in and out. They actually care.
The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and offers the level of help you require based on your needs and questions. If you want help, they help. If you want to browse alone, they leave you be. When you pick up glasses, they make sure you’re seeing the way you should be and that they fit comfortably. I’m also always told about offers and rebates for contacts.
Been coming here since the practice opened and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I wanted to support a local business since we live in the area. We did meet Dr. Ostoich who was very nice for the eye exam. The rest of the staff is questionable. My wife and I were both there for glasses. I’m basing my experience on the wonderful service I have received at both Rosin and Pearle Vision. Definitely not at that standard. The selection of glasses is very poor. The staff do not help you pick out glasses, they just tell you to go look for some and pick one out. No one helps you with the fitting. We finally picked glasses, they were very quick about it, we were in and out pretty quick. But if you are into fast food, and like fast food service, maybe you will like this aspect of the service. A few weeks later when they were ready, I went to pick them up. I was wearing my new glasses for a few weeks and noticed they were extremely tight and I started developing a rash around the eyes. I went back to complain and they totally blew me off. At one point the staff went to the back room and I heard them all laughing. It wasn’t a good experience and I won’t be back. I did have a good experience with Dr. Ostoich, so if you just want your eye exam you can meet with him and get your glasses elsewhere because their selection is limited. And also no one will help you out. Definitely check out Rosin or Pearle Vision, it’s a much better experience where they really take their time to help you out.

I love these guys. Dr. Ostoich is great and the selection is always phenomenal. Everyone up front is super helpful as well. They are pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years on and off. The only reason I ever strayed was because there are so many places closer to where I live. However, I believe with eye care you pay for what you get. This place came recommended to me, and I’ve never been disappointed. Over the years I had glasses, both gas permeable and soft contacts, and finally LASIK. I’ve seen Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Ostoich, and Dr. Klesken. All great! I can’t speak to cost because I have good eye insurance, of which, Dr. Klesken is part of that program. When I was buying glasses/​contacts they did not seem any more expensive than anyone else. Again, I believe you pay for quality. Before my LASIK I tried one of those crappy places in the mall and had the WRONG diagnosis, and WRONG prescription.

Beware of this Place… Way over priced !!! Look around their are MUCH better Eye care places that are a lot cheaper… and better staffed… One Time visit and NEVER again !! Rate them a BIG F… Bottom line this Eye Care Place SUCKS !!!
