I had an issue with my AC unit. Alex showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Alex is a very nice guy, price was fair and his work was impeccable.

Our CAC went out on the hottest day of the year, and not only did Alex arrive when they said he would, but he quickly diagnosed the problem, talked me through the estimate, found a replacement part, and had Todd return to install it on the same day — this all happened, start to finish, within 3 hours time — what a pleasure to deal with Tanous HVAC — both Alex and Todd were GREAT — I HIGHLY recommend them.
