FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Just came in at 7am and was easily taken care of by the female employee. I told her I had a flight to catch and she said no problem. She was fast and courteous. Thanks!

I can only review about printing services. I’ve printed presentations, posters, flyers, and banners. Kinkos has always delivered consistently high-​quality service. I’ve placed orders both in office and online and never had an issue. Very pleased with the staff’s professionalism. This is my go-​to place to get anything printed!

Constantly understaffed.
You can watch your ability to ship something same day or next day morning come and go as the single person in duty takes 15+ minutes to process a single order, and the morning truck comes and goes while you stand in line.
This is not a staff problem this is a company problem. Kinkos has no standards for customer service: next time I’ll use the U.S. Post!

The clerk was unhelpful and impatient with me, and the shipping was super expensive. Like damn lady, I don’t wan’t to be here either, but I’m trying!

I don’t write reviews very often but just felt that l have to warn others. I visited Newport UPS store where l got an excellent service, the clerk was super helpful and attentive. The only reason l went to the Hoboken Fedex was that my Amex didn’t go through there.
The girl named Zippy at the Fedex was so rude and arrogant — no Hi, thank you bye etc. l had to feel the whole time like she is doing me a favor… ugh, and l was so nice to her. I would def choose some other place to go next time!

Slow. Glacial service. Typically understaffed at peak hours. Knowledgeable employees don’t stay here long.

Don’t get anything shipped here. apparently the Fed Ex drivers make the Fed Ex stop one of their last and if they get there after they’re closed they make a delivery exception and you have to wait a minimum of another day. Horrible and slow service, and gave me such attitude when I asked simple questions about when I could expect my package. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have it.

When I don’t have time to have documents printed at my office, I use Kinkos as a last resort.
Be sure to follow up after emailing in any project, as they frequently confirm that they have received my request, then when I go to pick it up, they somehow managed to have lost the entire project, including the initial email.
Now, after confirming they received it, I call back again an hour or so later (or whenever they should be printing it), to make sure that they haven’t lost the attachments. They often do.
Their package shipping costs are also absurd. I mailed a document about the same size and thickness as TIME magazine, to PA, with the slowest method possible. It was over $ 20.
Go to the post office if you have the time.

Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother sending a package here to be picked up. Someone there decided to send my package to their main facility for no apparent reason. It took forever for the person to even admit it was sent back and when asked couldn’t offer any type of information or even an apology. Really? Now I have to go out of my to drive to the main facility and hope it’s there on Christmas Eve. You’re probably just better off buying office supplies or making some copies, I won’t trust them with any of my packages any more.

But most of all, thanks for turning a blind eye and not making me gobble this cake up all by myself.

Mehhhhh… I cam here in a bind to ship some things… not impressed. Not very helpful staff, somewhat confusing layout. Definitely not returning here unless a gun is held to my head. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because my packages did actually reach their destination in a timely fashion.

I always go here to print and I haven’t experienced any bad customer service. On the contrary, the staff was friendly and professional. I’ve been printing files for years (I’m a graphic designer) and I always come in knowing exactly what I want. Unlike other places in the area, FedEx always delivers speedy printing and good quality.
I’d definitely recommend this particular FedEx. There might be a little wait time, but that’s why they give you an option of self service for printing + work stations. I haven’t heard anyone say anything bad about their shipping, although I haven’t shipped from this particular location myself.
