Not horrible but not great by any means. Areas for Improvement: Wire hangers, standard cheap ones with no paper that damage your nicer fabrics(I call it the nipples on the shoulders look). Close super early, like 5PM, people work and don’t get home in time to pick up clothes. Only deliver to the building they are below, so if you live a block and a half away, no dice amigo. Won’t wash and press a regular dress shirt if the material is anything but standard, so they up sell you to dry cleaning. I was literally told that the button on the arm was reason to dry clean versus regular wash and press, one button. No other place says that, but its not really worth arguing. Rush service seems to be non existent, and there’s no such thing as texting when things are ready. But they clean clothes and charge a not-horrible price, nothing has been ruined and the guy working there is a nice man, so I’ll keep giving my local businesses business…

Very expensive place. They asked for 54 dollars for making two of my dresses shorter, which is even more expensive than my dress itself.

Horrible service and horrible quality! Do not come here. They charge almost double the other cleaners and they don’t do a good job. Also the owner has a horrific attitude and is not friendly or helpful. He mocked me and then played dumb by not responding to certain questions. Very disrespectful. Do not give this place your business unless you want to get ripped off and want mean service!

This store is located next to a cigar shop, and when I picked up my clothes they stunk of tobacco. The owner refused to reclean my clothes or refund the cost when I pointed out the stench. They are also overpriced compared to other cleaners nearby.
