I’ve been going here for the past year and in my most recent pickup saw someone else’s socks in my bin. Additionally, my $ 110 Michael Kors dress was missing. I gave them the benefit of doubt by saying perhaps it was mixed up with someone else’s stuff since I had a strangers socks in my bin. I was immediately shut down and told there’s no insurance on their laundry service and to just drop it. After a full year of going to them as a loyal customer I was issued no refund, money for my stolen dress, store credit or even a simple apology. I am honestly flabbergasted and would NEVER recommend trusting them with your laundry services.

Horrible horrible service! The owner doesn’t provide any customer service at all, is very rude and not wiling to negotiate. I went there specifically for uggs cleaning. They did a horrible job and ruined my uggs that i can’t wear them any more. When I told them that i won;t pay for service and want partial reimbursement for my uggs because i don’t need them any more in this condition, the owner said that i brought them like this. Please avoid this place at any cost.

This was my first time using this place after new ownership took over. I am now having to take them to small claims court because they switched the pants of my suit with somebody else’s. The owner will not take any action to fix the problem and just repeats «Numbers Match» over and over. It has been over a month and she refuses to reimburse me for her mistake or even for the dry cleaning itself. I would not trust your expensive clothing with this business. The owner refuses to take responsibility for her mistakes. Julie O.‘s review is not an exaggeration. Maybe I will run into the guy who has my pants when I am serving them their court notice!

This place should be shut down. It is under new ownership within the past two months. I had a shirt steamed and when I picked it up there was a big hole in the chest. When I took the shirt back to show her, she laughed and told me I must have done it. She is a poor excuse for a business owner. Also, if you take more than three items at a time, they steal them. There are so many dry cleaners in hoboken, please avoid this one

Solid dry cleaner who doesn’t charge extra for next day service — 9.95 for suits, 4.75 for pants and 1.75 for shirts.
Highly recommended.
