I found Ahmed on Unilocal and decided to give him a call. He was polite and kind and showed up on time. But instead of changing a fixture as discussed, he told me he could fix the existing fixture to get it to work again. He made a slight tweak that got the light working, charged me the full price from the original quote which all would have been fine if the light had then functioned for more than 12 hours. I called him the next morning to see if he could change the fixture like we had originally discussed and he said we could set up a time for that to happen. That was the light time I ever heard from Ahmed. After several texts and phone calls over the course of the month, I have yet to receive a response. He basically took my money and that was the end of it. You’re better off not going with the cheaper rate and getting a licenses electrician that will actually get the job done. Honest work for honest pay. Definitely do not use this guy.
