Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I only frequent this DD because of convenience but literally every time I go here my order is made wrong. Lg coffee 2 pumps and milk instead of cream, thats my order for coffee every time and whatever donut I and my wife order Sunday mornings. Literally at least 1 part of my order is wrong EVERY time. Wrong donut, wrong sandwich, wrong coffee flavor, stale donut etc. Awful service and every time I’ve gone in to have it dealt with I get «oh sorry» and then nothing gets done to make me want to come back. poo poo

Hands down, worst Dunkin Donuts location in the area. I’m normally very easy to please when it comes to dunkin: give me a hot coffee with some sugar, and a chocolate glazed donut and I’m a happy girl.
I have given this location 5 separate tries, and each was awful. Simply put, their donuts are inedible. The first time I bought a dozen donuts, and the tops were all rock-​hard, while the bottoms were disgustingly soggy. Each subsequent time I’ve bought a half-​dozen and the bottoms are still soggy and disgusting. I’m not sure what would cause this, but it’s just gross. Their coffee has been quite bitter 3 out of the 5 times I’ve been there, and the other 2 times it’s been mostly water, not enough coffee.
Their service has been slow and less-​than-​friendly each time, and twice they’ve gotten my order almost completely incorrect.
I can only attest to the coffee and donuts, as I’ve never tried the ice cream at this location, nor will I be back to play Russian roulette with my poor taste-​buds.

The donuts, eh, most of the time when I get one, they’re
