Originally I would have given this storage a 5 star.
I met with the manager originally she was courteous and helpful.
I used my storage for 3 weeks and then emptied it.
I am still receiving bills.
Account management and billing is the issue.
After I closed my storage building I have received a plethora of phone calls, emails, snail mail ect.
Telling me to pay my bill which is now $ 200.
Are you kidding me?
I closed my account online and I am still receiving bills.
If I would have known this was going to happen, I never would have went to public storage.
The staff is not an issue, in fact the staff is amazing.
I would suggest that if you are looking for a storage facility do not book the facilities online, go directly to the office.
