Customer service was poor to put it mildly. I won’t go back because of the employee that I dealt with. She was rude and even managed to give me the wrong vehicle at first.

I will start by saying all the negative reviews left for this company, can’t be wrong, it seems we all dealt with the same horrible customer service. These people are heartless, nasty, a joke and the most non caring people I’ve ever met. They lack personal skills in every aspect of the word. The two guys outside that checked the truck in, were really nice. The storage units are nasty, there are rat traps and I’ve never seen so many roaches in one storage unit, in my life, roaches everywhere, pissed me off. I went to close out my storage and waited 30 mins before a staff member surfaced, there were two other customers waiting. When a staff member did arrive, there was no apology, no nothing, but bad breath and attitude. All I can say is, rent at your own risk and check your things for roaches and rats.

This was the worst possible customer service experience I have ever had. Matthew Castelow made this experience unbearable and stole $ 100 from me! I came in already having reserved the u haul on line a 6×12 trailer from $ 173 somehow he ini sited on charged me $ 195 for the trailer plus the add ons. I insisted on the price of $ 173 and he suggested I show him the online registration proof. I went all the way back home to get the email since my phone was dead and I could not show him from there. I got all the way back to the store and showed him the email and he still charged the same amount. When I explained how ridiculous that was and expressed my dissatisfaction while counting out the money to pay him because I had no other options, he told me that he did not have to take my abuse and kicked me out of the store. Oh but he held on to my$ 100 cash bill! I have written a review on their website and tried to get in contact with a manager with no luck! DO NOT RENT A U-​HAUL FROM THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! MATTHEW CASTELOW IS RACIST!

This place could benefit from some customer service training (among other things). I have had two unpleasant experiences here and only went back the second time to purchase some moving supplies (They couldn’t even get that right!).
I can totally relate to the previous reviewer on the storage units — they are water damaged, plywood with rat traps inside. They are NOT climate controlled (however, they are inside). Thankfully, I found all of this out during a walk through before I moved my stuff in and was able to find an alternate place to store my things just down the road.
This past weekend, I went in for moving supplies and before I could even get in the store an unkempt man approached me (while he was chugging his energy drink) and told me I couldn’t park where I was parked yet, he offered no alternate parking solution. On top of that, he was condescending saying ‘see no one else is parked where you are’ (In fact, there WAS another car parked where I was). I left with nothing but did complain to Uhaul corporate, who was very responsive and helpful.
This place stays in business only because of their location and convenience. Hopefully, they will get a better understanding of customer service one of these days.

Do not store your things here if you want climate control! We rented what we thought was climate-​controlled and found ourselves to be the victims of a bait-​and-​switch. The unit also had a very low ceiling and the store leaves the back door to the storage building wide open, which defeats the purpose of access cards and makes the whole place very insecure. Finally, the female staff at the store are nasty, angry women who wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them on the head. Try Jepco or Public Storage instead.
