LongHorn Steakhouse

We ordered a steak with baked potato and the Wild West shrimp. The steak was over cooked and the baked potato under cooked. The Wild West shrimp was soggy and lacked flavor. The saving grace that earned our review was the service. Our server was prompt, attentive, and courteous. Thank you Ryan.

Most of the time when I come here with my family or husband it’s a pretty good experience. I really like their menu of both food and specialty drinks. Sometimes I just come here for the desserts!

Just awesome. Sever was excellent and the steaks were melt in your mouth perfect. Wish the bread was cut all the way through.

I have been a long time fan of LS and this is my second visit to this location. Staff was friendly, however the entire restaurant smelled like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag. It smelled like that the first time we ate at this location so I thought maybe it was just that one table we sat at that got wiped with a dirty rag. Nope. This time it was the same. We were sat in a booth and I was overcome with the stench of a dirty damp rag. The restaurant was fairly empty so I went around to other tables to see if the smell went away but it didn’t. I was so grossed out I had to take my food to go. Never going back. Gross.

I am a huge fan of Longhorn. When it comes to crab and artichoke dip they have the best. I love that the spices mix well with ingredients. I always get double bourbon glazed salmon with broccoli and a sweet potato. It is the perfect combination.

I hate giving bad reviews but last night’s experience there has caused us to never return to at least this location. My husband is a huge LS fan and last night even he was ready to write the place off.
Where to start? The Host seemed to hate his job and everything about it. An elderly gentleman was seated before us and requested a particular seat due to hip/​leg pain. The Host was very annoyed and was very rude to the customer. We then asked to sit in a booth next to the one we had been offered so our 2 year old didn’t bother the adjacent table, and once again the attitude.
Our server never told us her name, and was incredibly rude. My husband finally was trying to convince us both that that was just her personality. Both of our salads came out SWIMMING in dressing, almost inedible. Then our steaks both came out well done. We both ordered medium and I suppose should have ordered rare if we wanted it that way. My ribeye was covered in an extremely large layer of seasoning to where it was clumping.
It was hands down one of the worst $ 50 we’ve ever spent. Very disappointing.

We waited over an hour on a Saturday night. When we finally seated, the service and food were great! The steaks (well done and medium) were done perfectly, as were the salads and sides (fresh string beans and potatoes). Took off one star for the wait, but we will definitely be back!

This was one if my worse Longhorn experiences so far. I already don’t expect much but today was awful. after being seated we waited and waited for our server to take our order. she promised she would be right back and she continued to come back to the area but never to our table to take our order. I planned to leave in three minutes if she did not take our order and go to taco bell but she appeared. when she appeared I looked over at the family who was seated five minutes before us and they were eating there meal. as we order we are told we are out of rice ribs and something else… so we order and our food came out missing a side with a well done steak (should have been medium) that was tough and without any flavor… the mashed potatoes were off too… most likely won’t return…

The service was pretty good and professional. The only problem I had was the steaks were really over seasoned and I had to send it back. Prices are similar to that of other chain steakhouses. The ranch dressing is really good.

While I don’t search out steakhouses, I sometimes throw in the towel to appease others in my family. I like this LongHorn for a few reasons:
– Unlike higher end steakhouses with everything a la carte, one’s entrée comes complete with salad (try the house dressing with olives) plus a side.
– I’m not a steak-​eater, but others are consistently pleased with the quality of their meal. Meat is cooked as ordered: medium rare is medium rare. I had their chopped steak — I have a thing for hamburgers! — and it was pretty darned good.
– the décor is nicely done and well kept, unlike another LongHorn not far away, which I found rather depressing.
– our server, a personable young lady from Colorado, was perfect. The epitome of ‘service with a smile.’
– Not cheap — really, what steakhouse is?! — but certainly competitively priced.

Ive always loved this chain but i dont plan to return. I came and sat at the bar and the ladies took forever to acknowledge me. They were sitting there talking about other customers and making faces at them. got my order wrong but i didnt complain because i was ready to get out of there. do better staff

I forgot how expensive this place is. The food was ok, the wait staff was very friendly, just don’t care to eat my own arm and leg because of the high prices.

The restaurant’s rolls are competitive to the The Texas Roadhouse. The steaks are excellent. They also have a chart that gives you the detail on each different type of steak.

Pretty consistent. A little high on some of my favorites, but not enough keep me from going back occasionally.

OMG! My hubby and I loved our experience at this Long Horn Friday night! We had the BEST waitress, the BEST food, and the BEST experience. Our waitress made her way to our table all the time. She made sure our food was exactly the way we wanted it to be, and she ensured me I could still use my birthday coupon. I ordered the 2 port chops with fries. It was the bomb. Hubby ordered chicken parm and the mac and cheese. It was tender and the bomb. We also ordered the wild west shrimp. It was the bomb, and I got the apple dessert for home. Everything was GREAT!

Good steak! Great bread! I miss their Fried Chicken Salad though.

I have to come here every time I come to Atlanta. They have THE best pork chops. They’ve always been juicy.
Right now though, that lobster baked potato is FAB! I had to save for next day and it was still yummy.
Service at this location was good.

Had dinner with the family on a Wednesday. Arrived at 5pm and was one of four tables. The kids enjoyed the loaf of bread that came before the main course. I ordered the 7 pepper steak salad and enjoyed the flavor.
The server seemed pre-​ocupied at times but gave decent service. She did keep track of the various drink orders of water no ice, water with lemon and water with no lemon.
Only real issue I had was my chair wabbled.

Went for lunch yesterday with 3 of my friends and we really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly! I had the parmesan crusted chicken which was awesome! Our server was very friendly but she dropped the check before we were finished eating… my friends wanted another beer and I wanted coffee and dessert. In her defense however I know some restaurants train their servers to drop the check early during lunch but maybe she should have said something to us so we didn’t feel rushed. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!

My fourth trip to Longhorn and it gets worse every time — I will not be giving them a fifth try. From the dry Caesar salad made with warm, wilted and slimy lettuce to the overcooked, rubbery steak made in a microwave to the sticky table, everything about this meal was terrible. I’m not sure how a «steakhouse» can stay in business if this is how they operate.
