I reserved a uhaul and dolly the night before going to pick it up. I did that so everything would be ready and paid for before I got there.
Get there at 11:00 am and what I reserved and paid for was not there. My husband informed her that we paid for what was advertised on the website and she rudely said, «you can go somewhere else.» Really troll… We have already paid for a service and not only were you rude, but you suggest we leave and go some place else.
My husband was totally a gentlemen and respectfully paid extra for something we didn’t want. Long story short, we will never use Alpha Omega in Hiram again for anything because of their lack of customer service, misleading advertising, and arrogance. Have a nice day!
