I just had the most amazing experience with Jenny at the spa! She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

I was referred by a friend to try Southwest Laser & Med Spa… and after months of going there myself… I’d recommend it to my other friends too. The highest form of flattery/​review in my opinion.
I’ve had resurfacing treatments as well as photofacials and have seen results that I’m so happy with; I’m ready to buy another package. Why change the routine if it’s working so well, right? Christine takes great care of me, the facility is nice, I can always get an appointment around my work schedule, and I’ve seen great results… what more could you need?!

Southwest Laser & Med Spa is tucked away inside Fixe Self Center — I would definitely consider it a hidden gem! Their main location is in Mokena, but they have highly skilled estheticians and RN’s in Hinsdale a few days a week. No matter what treatment I’ve had, I’ve always left happy with the results.
Christine is who I see the most, and she does amazing work. I’ve gotten quite a few services done with her, including my first facial ever, the ultrasonic facial. My skin has never felt so hydrated and soft! I was a little nervous with it being my first one, but she made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.
She has also done laser hair removal for me, and did a photofacial to remove a spot on my face that had been bugging me for years. She’s the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows — they’re perfect every time! Christine also did eyelash extensions for me last summer, and I LOVED the result!
I also see Pam, who takes care of my botox. She makes sure that she never does more than you’re comfortable with, and the result is always natural looking.
I would highly recommend the ladies of Southwest for all of your aesthetic needs — they’re all very sweet and professional, and they do consistently excellent work. I am so glad that they are nearby in Hinsdale!
