This store was terrible. The salesperson was rude and the prices were terrible. The salesperson kept showing me the ugliest suits and was incredibly snobby about it. I went to men’s warehouse straight from this store and was treated 10x better and the suit was much nicer.

My salesperson was incredible. She backordered vests for my 2 suits to complete them, instead of saying they were not available as 3 piece. They even came in early. Here’s my beef: I asked for suspender buttons to be put on the band. Normally I do this myself, but figured it would be convenient to do while waiting on my vests. I asked the woman if she knew what she was doing, and specified that I wanted the front 4 on the outside, the back 2 inside. She did that, but when I picked them up, they looked randomly placed. One button should be directly over the crease, or on these pants, directly over the inside pleat– easily done. Both sides, on both pants, are in different locations. I had her fix them on 1 of the pants, and she let me know with her mannerisms that she was annoyed. This was a mistake as she whipped it on quickly and ever more poorly. All of these buttons were sewn too high up(should be around an inch from the top) and therefore the pants roll. Also, they are ALL loose and will begin to fall off(I already had to resew one). The salesperson was clearly embarrassed when I asked these to be fixed, and I felt bad for her… but still, Jos. A. Bank sells THOUSANDS of suits, they could afford a seamstress who could handle a fairly normal request for suspender buttons. She also could have tried to hide that this was the worst thing anyone ever expected of her more easily. Makes me not want to come back, unfortunately. I’ll be resewing all of these buttons again(before they fall out). They are each ¾ inch stretched out now and look terrible. That was a waste of over $ 20 in modifications.

Great store, had stopped shopping with them as I had one bad experience where I was misfit by 4 sizes and just kind of left it alone as I felt they did not know what they were doing. I recently brought it up when I was purchasing something in the Needham store and was told to bring it back to see what they can do. I was helped by a great staff member and they went the extra step to fix everything.

This store is fantastic. The people who work here are always super friendly. They are helpful, but not annoying. A+
