Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinesville East – Fort Stewart

Great place to stay! We stayed here for one night and loved the place. They have free breakfast every morning from 6:00 to 9:30. They also have a fitness room with a treadmill, bicycle, and a elliptical machine. All the rooms are really nice! Can’t wait to stay here again sometime!

On behalf of the Cartersville High School Baseball Program I can’t say enough nice things about Mathew, Natalie, Asha, Florence, Jamison and all the staff of the hotel. They went well out of their way to accommodate our team and did everything possible to make our 3 night stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms were extremely clean, plenty of towels and great breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this hotel if you need 1 room or 20. They will treat you the best.

This place was very nice, much nicer than I expected. We couldn’t find a place to stay the weekend after New Year’s on I95, so we had to go off the beaten path at 1:30am. They were very accommodating, checked us in very quickly and the night staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and everything looked new and well cared for. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff in the morning was helpful and cheerful. If I’m ever in the area again, we would be happy to stay here.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn based on some of the other reviews on here, I was afraid to stay in a nasty hotel. The Holiday Inn had a good atmosphere, it was quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly pretty good too. Sure it’s no meal at Ihop, but still it was appetizing and filling. It was also very affordable, they gave us the government rate of $ 82 a night.
A little disappointing that they were out of King Size rooms, however wasn’t that big of a deal. I would say the real disappointment came from the indoor pool, I expected it to be heated but it was freezing cold so I didn’t bother to go swim. House keeping came in the second day while we were gone, they didn’t make the beds, all they did was take all the used towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and even the floor mat. So we got back to our room we had one hand towel and two towels, no washcloths and no floor mat. Why take towels and not replace them? That I found to be irritating. The worst part however is to watch out for the tub, it is extremely slippery and the back of the tub is slanted upward (I’m assuming for you to lay back if taking a bath) but I step right where it was slanted and I slipped and fell in the tub which hurt!
Overall though, I would say this is a nice hotel to stay at and I would probably stay there again even knowing the downsides.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice location:) the icing on the cake was that when we found out that they did not apply the tax exemption we asked them to do so, they returned the tax to the credit card immediately. Good job, Holiday Inn!

This is my 2^nd time at this hotel. I try to come here when I visit Hinesville, GA. Honestly, this is the only hotel to stay at in town. Clean rooms, very accomodating, staff is always excellent. The last time I made a visit here, I could not get a reservation. I went to another hotel across the way and was miserable. If you come to Hinesville, GA, you want to rest your head at the Holiday Inn Express.

This place was really nice. Much nicer than I expected. The lady at the front desk was amazingly sweet. The hotel was clean, parking was a breeze, and it was quiet. My only complaint is that they need a ventilator in the bathroom. Guess you don’t realize how important those things are until you don’t have one. :0) I’d stay here again if I was in the area.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a couple of times and it’s average. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express and can say it has it’s positives and negatives. Positive: the bed has a pillow-​top so much more comfortable and if you like Applebees there is one within walking distance and they give 10% off when you show your room key. Negatives: the front desk staff offer less then exceptional customer service and there is little parking; only 4 spots near an entrance so hope it doesn’t rain during your stay.
