Fairfield Inn & Suites Hinesville Fort Stewart

The customer service is outstanding. Christy has amazing energy and did her best to accommodate us however the room and bathroom were filthy. She moved our room immediately when we brought this to our attention however the 2^nd rooms bathroom was dirty. The fire alarm went off twice at 2am and 230am. I’m platinum elite and was shocked after all of this they didn’t credit back my award points I used…

I have multiple stays here at this Marriott and I must say that the staff definitely takes care of you. Because we stay here so much, they pretty much know us now.
We definitely think this is the BEST hotel in the Ft Stewart Area.

It’s cozy, convenient to Ft. Stewart and nearby restaurants, and the staff is nice. All rooms come with a fridge and a microwave, which is convenient as well.
Breakfast is pretty good too and they always have hot tea downstairs if you want it.
I find it strange though that they don’t give you any body lotion as part of the toiletries in the bathroom. Usually they have some at the front desk but this is the only hotel I’ve stayed in where it wasn’t standard in the room. Maybe I’m old school and that’s just what the kids are doing these days…

I picked up the mattress to check for bedbugs… and instead found men’s blue plaid boxer shorts. The front desk was horrified and immediately moved me to a suite right away, but still. Men’s boxer shorts. I shit you not. Someone’s (presumably used) UNDERWEAR less than 15.5 inches away from where my face would have been laying!!! WTF!!! Brain hemorrhage!!! No amount of Purell is going to take that image away!!! GAH!!!

This is a Great Military Town.
Fairfield Inn has JACUZZI inside the Executive SUITE, which i never had an experience.
They have FREE Breakfast including Weekends.
They have a Great pool.
King Suite has refrigerator and microwave also.
Service is really good and great. .Especially people to mention are
Steve Wilkens, Dorothy, Christy, Romano, Rose and Harold.
Outstanding customer service

Only stayed here one night, so I can’t review what it is like to stay here for a longer period of time. However, it was fine. The «suites» were definitely small and probably should not be called suites. They were comfortable to sleep in, but that is about it. For a family of five, it is definitely cramped. We did love the receptionist at the front desk, she was very sweet and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious– one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. But for me, the best thing about this place is their pond! As an animal lover, I geeked out upon seeing the turtles and the ducks! You even get to feed them, which made for a fun hour outside with the family. Just be warned that the ducks are little… violent with each other. We left the next morning, but not before my dad and I got to take a peaceful walk around the pond, bathed in half-​sunlight and half-​shade. It was beautiful and just what we needed before what was going to be a long day of driving. I would stay here again.

Fairly new hotel. Clean. Nice rooms. Restaurants nearby. Military rate.
