Lady that did my nails was amazing! Friendly, quick and amazing job not a lot of people can do owl art and she said it was her first time! Did amazing!

I came here every 3−4wks as a ritual with my cousin until they used a metal file on their electric file to remove shellac & damaged my nail plates so badly that my nails now have permanent damage that makes them weak & look wavy. Be careful ladies!

No stars. I had a horrible experience here. The girl that did my nails clearly didn’t know what she was doing. When I asked her to fix the issues she just said «it’s ok» and never fixed anything. Then had the gall to ask me to pay more than was listed on the menu. Horrible experience. Won’t ever go here again.

I visited this place Monday after work, they close at 7 but my coworker called in an appointment for 6:45, they said yes so right after I got off work at 6:30 pm I drove over to this nail spot. They did a pretty good job, I asked the girl to draw a little cat on my left hand and that turned out good too, not exactly how I wanted it but she tried. She was a little rough on my hands which is why I hate getting my nails done. She finally finished around 7:51. She charged me $ 38 for everything. I would say it was a good experience, but I don’t think I’d go back.

Great service for a great price. Staff is always available for me when I walk in. I love the spa pedicure with the paraffin wax. The best.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a shellac manicure a week ago. After two days one chipped but I wasn’t too upset– I figured I hit it hard on something and it wasn’t a big deal. Over the next three days, more nails chipped. By the weekend, I had six chipped nails and the others were lifting. I’m not that hard on my nails and I have had shellac manicures before done at other salons and they were fine. I called and explained the situation and they told me to come in after work and they would fix it for me.
I get to the salon and I am blamed for my nails. They said since it was only six and not ten that it was my fault. I showed the other nails and how they were lifting and she blamed me for picking at them. She would only redo 6 of the ten at first or all ten for 10 $. After this I showed some disbelief and she could tell I was upset. She kept putting the blame on me and finally she said she would redo them but only this one time because she wasn’t sure if it was the salon or myself. Then she proceeds to talk to her coworkers in their native language and the English I heard was about me. I didn’t appreciate their attitude or making me feel I did something wrong. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this salon. When she finished my nails, she got up and started a pedicure without a single word from anyone as I walked out. Completely rude.

My favorite nail salon has had a makeover fabulous redo to go with the fabulous service. I always receive great pedi and mani there.
