H & M

Super crowded on a wet Friday afternoon. Well stocked, very clean and well organized, and lots of employees on the floor. Kind of a chaotic store, although that may have been my internal reaction to the 2 dozen teenagers milling around (all of them talking or texting on their phones while shopping, so definitely not watching where they were walking). Sigh. I’m too old to shop here I guess.

Cute clothing, however they’re prices are high for the quality. You wash them once and they’re not as nice anymore. I’d rather buy Zara if it’s the same price.

This review is in particular for this location after visiting the Washington Square and Lloyd center locations. This location is nice-​bright, good music, great energy and most important GREAT deals. Employees at this location are much peppy and courteous than the other two locations. The store is always clean and organized well and almost every time I ve shopped here, was approached by an associate greeting and/​or letting me know about the awesome deals the store has. Overall my fav H&M location along with the Pioneer place location.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning to exchange two pairs of pants purchased the day before from Washington Square store that were the wrong size. Bad sign #1: they were suppose to open at 11am but kept the doors locked until 11:10 while a crowd formed outside in the cold. Bad sign #2: found a pair of the same pants on rack but still wrong size so went to counter to just return them. Manager «helped» me and proceeded go into a lecture about how they don’t take returns for items not carried at their store (despite finding one on the rack there) and will make this one time exception. Overall, she was extremely rude and I won’t be visiting this location again.

Its H & M. clean store, but no one approached me as I walked around the store looking for a specific sports jacket that I had seen in an out of state location. finally I decided I needed to find an employee and ask. they looked lost when I asked if they carry that line, they said no. so I asked where I could get it in town. and just seemed really unsure and just told me the other H & M locations.

I’m always impressed by the service and cleanliness of this H & M. Came in the other day for a sweater I saw online. It was easy to locate and I was able to use a coupon given to me at the store.
This location is always much cleaner than others. Usually I enter an H & M expecting the jeans to be a mess or there to be piles of clearance clothing on the floor. Not here!
Good selection and not generally crowded. They also are participating in a company-​wide clothing drive where you can bring a bag of unwanted clothes and receive 15% off an item of your choice.

I’ve only been to a few H&Ms but this one seems to be a bit larger than the others. They have very well marked sections and a clutter free environment, so it seems like you’d be able find whatever your looking for quite easily. The staff is friendly and the moderately priced clothing seems to be of decent quality, so this is not a bad place to shop by any means. I don’t know if this is a new development in all H&Ms but this particular shop sells cosmetics and the self branded selection is not half bad either. I don’t really use make up myself but I spend enough time around it to appreciate variety and quality. By itself this location would be a solid 3 stars, but considering it livens up an otherwise dull shopping center, I’m going to bump it up one more.
