The customer service at this location is fantastic! I went in this evening and their system was down. The manager Holly took great care of me!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I look pretty young for my age and one of their male employees treated me so. Their clothes are overpriced for the quality but they look pretty great. So I dunno. I’ve had more respectful customer service and I probably won’t go back to shop there but it’s not terrible.

Employees are so friendly and kind
Helping me decide what to buy, when I’m in a bind
Willing to grab a size if its wrong
And even tell you if those pants are too long!
I try not to come too often, because I know I walk out with «something»
The clothes cater from work-​wear to parties for clubbing
Don’t worry they’ve also got clothes for men
To look so sharp and trendy, again and again!
Oh Express, you’ve got some good buys
But paying for $ 40 on a shirt, that’s full of lies!
I try to wait until there’s something on sale
To get a good bargain, along with coupons in the mail!
I recently found out they’ve got a rewards card
Just sign up with the employees, it’s not that hard!
Parking is in the structure or along the streets
Check this place out, it can’t be beat!

Express is the devil. A fine, fine looking devil in some dazzily good looking clothes.
I’m not sure that I’ve been into this store without buying something. Their clothes will fit just about anyones style from dressy, to business, to edgy. Their jeans I LOVE — they fit so well and make me happy that everything there seems to run a size larger than normal. When you can tell yourself «I’m wearing a size 2 and not a 4» it matters. Yes, I am a girl.
They always seem to be having some sort of deal going on as well. Yesterday sweaters were 30% off and if you spent over $ 50 you qualified for Express cash. So DUH I got a sweater… and some tights… and yeah. Their clothes are a bit more spendy than other department stores in some cases but the quality is good and they are constantly updating styles.
