Edible Arrangements

I’ve had stuff delivered to various people I know/​love, and have picked stuff up here as a gift. Every time has always been perfect. I love that I can order and have it delivered same day, and they usually have some kind of special going on. My dad got some birthday goodies today and they delivered it with no problems. This is why I keep coming here!

Visibly witnessed management berate employees in front of customers and other employees today, the whole vibe of the store was uncomfortable, unprofessional and frankly rude. The product was sub par and my experience not worth any return visits. Sorry edible arrangements, you need to get your act together if you want repeat customers.

Came in about 30 minutes till their closing time and without calling ahead I looked at whatever is on their display. I saw a dozen of milk chocolate covered strawberries for $ 29. I asked the lady inside the store if I can have the other half in white chocolate instead, which she responded with much gusto «No problem, Yes we can do that!». She told me that it would be at least 10 minutes of wait time. As i was paying, Unilocal was advertising a $ 3 off any boxed chocolates. Unfortunately, this coupon code is not being honored at the 185^th tanasbourne location. Katie, the lady working that day tried multiple times but it just didn’t work. Still she apologized and as she finished re-​dipping my strawberries, she handed me a free chocolate covered apple slice for the hassle and for being patient. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service.

I was absolutely stunned with the top notch customer service that I received from this location. I am in California and have someone very dear to me that lives in Oregon. I do not talk to her often enough to know that she was out of town the day I spontaneously decided to send her an arrangement to her home. Whoops! Lesson learned.
The store had already assembled the order and delivered it! I felt horrible for all of their efforts and sure hope someone got to enjoy that awesome arrangement. :(
The friendly folks at this location called me back and assured me that there would be no problem in sending her the same arrangement once she was back in town! I was so fortunate and just called in to schedule the delivery.
Do consider delivering a healthy treat that is fun and creative to someone you love! This location made me a believer in sending random fruit gifts – especially because some locations can even do SAME DAY delivery!
…Oh, and do also make sure your loved one is going to be home! Doh!
