My American Home Shield warranty sent this team out to my house to fix a minor issue. They arrived on time, and tried the simplest solution to address the issue. Friendly, polite, and quick, I would definitely request that they be sent out again if we have another issue. Highly recommend.

Huge props to Nick. He came out on a warranty call and instead of doing the bare minimum as required by the contract he went above and beyond to be sure our repair was done correctly. Then when a issue arose as a result of the brute force required to replace the old plumbing he just didn’t do a patch job he actually replaced the unit. Integrity and ethics. Completely satisfied.

This guy is awesome. American home shield sent us Carolina Plumbing first, They came to my house to fix a leaking problem 2 times… had to pay $ 75… 2 times even they didnt fix. Then they gave up and told us they cant fix it, now AHS sent us AFTER HOURS PLUMBING & PUMP SERVICE. Believe or not This guy diagnosed and fixed it quickly. It took a month to fix this problem. We needed this guy from beginning!!!

Upon recommendation from a friend, I called After Hours Plumbing after hours. Saturday night and there’s water dripping from my ceiling below the bathroom above it! Nick was great. He recommended some things to do and said he’d schedule for someone to come out next business day, which was fine because there was no huge leak. I turned off the toilet to make sure. They came out today, identified a few areas for leaks and gave recommendations. They replaced the valve and supply line for the toilet, too. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful guys. In and out in under and hour. Parts and labor were just under $ 100. They are true to their word on pricing. I highly recommend them.

Received this gentleman’s name from a friend of mine. Quick and convenient Doug was. I had a drain in my master bath shower was clogged. They were quick to fix the issue and also looked at my jetted tub and fixed that issue also. (Even though it was a small issue) I highly recommend Doug Jones for your plumbing needs!!!
