If they aren’t out of something, you a are opening your bag to realize they screwed up your order. Don’t let me order at the window and have me pay only to try to pass me off what you *DO* have. That’s unacceptable.
Why would I want a drink if I ordered a soft serve menu item?

The idiot taking orders at 5 AM not only took too long before acknowledging me in the drive thru, but got my freaking order wrong. I specifically said «NO CHEESE, NO, NONE WHATSOEVER» and to my surprise, there was cheese on my sandwich. I wouldn’t be so mad if that smart ass didn’t say, «Oh yeah, that doesn’t come with cheese anyway.»

Recently reopened and remodeled due to a fire. I was very surprised to learn this was not a corporate location but a franchise location; simply because it is so clean and the Crew seem interested in providing customer service that beats that of any area fast-​food establishments. Kuddos for reopening and bringing jobs to people who seem happy to be working for the store. I’ll support this McDonalds. :) Especially when I need food in a hurry.

It’s a McDonalds. Been here a few times. Seems like they a 20 employees back there but every time everyone is waiting for their orders. Usual wait is about 10 minutes. They need serious help to get more efficient.
