this has been my favorite store since they opened, no one is nicer or more customer friendly than karen. too bad you are missing out on the pleasure of shopping here. she goes out of her way to help you plus gift wraps for free on request. i find it hard to believe that in this day of huge stores with no sales help that you can find karen’s lovely small store lacking in customer service. without small local stores like karen’s, who, by the way goes out of her way to sell things that are handmade or one of a kind, created by local craftspeople and artisans. we would all be stuck with whatever target or tj max has in stock.

I enjoy shopping at Perennial Home. It’s an ideal place to find gifts for loved ones throughout the entire year. We were given several deals at the time of purchasing. The owner, (forgive me for forgetting your name!), is AWESOME. She likes to engage ALL of the customers when they enter. I never feel like I’m being pushed to buy something nor forgotten. It’s a great place to purchase large pieces as well as smaller gifts and things for your home. The price is very reasonable considering that you are purchasing art created mostly by local artists.

Cute store but lacking customer service. When I walked in, I saw the owner talking to her friend and didn’t acknowledge me. As I was leaving she was still talking to her friend and then asked if I needed help. Too late… I have no desire to go back.
6/​15-​After reading the other two reviews I don’t know why she didn’t acknowledge my husband and I when we walked in the store. We were looking for gifts and she couldn’t have been bothered to stop her conversation. What I do know is that was a major turnoff. I’m sure she has nice things in her store but because of that one experience I have no desire to go back. In this day where we have a lot of big box stores it’s important to have excellent customer service. Maybe she’s changed who knows but it is what it is.
