If their breakfast hadn’t been pretty good the rating would’ve been at most a 2. The website definitely made it look like it was on the beach but it really just overlooks a neighborhood and bridge entrance onto the beach.
It was a cool old house but it needed some significant TLC and the decoration was very hodgepodge.
Dining on the porch would’ve been nice in the summer but since we came when it was cold we ate in the sunroom which was probably best described as claustrophobic.
The gentleman and lady running the B&B were very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Stayed there four nights, had a great time. Very relaxed setting, with great views. Watching the ships go in and out during breakfast was nice. Chocolate in the room, refreshed every morning was a great touch, to keep my chocolate addiction in check.
