I bought my tub from them three years ago and it has been great. Spa Palace has awesome customer service and is always there to answer my questions. We met them at the Colorado Garden & Home Show and are happy with this total experience.

STAYAWAY! Complete rip off! They want $$ only. You’ll never get customer service or satisfaction! I agree with the other posts. I have been giving them my $$ for years, as I own a pool. Last year, Rand, the manager was working to clear up my pool. He kept saying I needed different chemicals. $ 1000+ later, my pool still wasn’t clear. I had asked about the filter, and he said no, it was something organic eating my chlorine. I hired a kid to go into the green deep end. Out he came with a brick. Rand said, «Yes, that would have done it.» So, we went through the entire process AGAIN!!! Nothing. Closed up the pool. This year, still green. First pool man to come said, «It’s your filter!» Added new sand. More chlorine. Clear water. I complained to the current head district manager. He said I had no proof, of what Rand was doing. I said look at my purchase history. Also, this manager was the one who tested my water this year, personally, and KNEW it still wasn’t clear after countless $$ spent on chemicals, because they were incompetent. Rand is no longer with the company. So he offered me a 10% discount. What an insult.

After 7 years of having purchased a Spa from their company and having purchased years of products the top management, a young man, Justin whom were told runs the company refused to return our many phone calls to him. All we wanted to do at age 75 and 74 years old was discuss that we felt greatly over charged with their price of service and products to our home. We had to purchased two circuit boards within 7 months and felt the expense of over $ 350 for another Jacuzzi board within such a short time was unjust. We also wanted to discuss what we felt was a high cost of $ 100 just to drive their truck to our home. The sevice tech who came to our home installed the most recent circuit board and quickly exited. He didn’t even check the equipment to assure of its proper function other than turn on our Jacuzzi spa or recommend anything regarding maintenance. Customer relationship management is the essence of good business practices. Not to return a phone calls to a customer who has spent thousands of dollars shows complete disregard, irreverence, complacence and poor business ethics. We will never do business with the arrogance of this firm again. We think Justin may need a course in the value of communication with good customers.

Awesome experience! The store is nice, well kept and has a knowledgable staff. They walked me through the different brands and options with extreme patience — even as we got into filtering /chemical options. A hot tub is a heck of a purchase and I trust this place to be around and to take care of me. Its nice to see all the different models too. A lot of places have a model or two on the floor and show you pictures of the other lines. They must have 15 different spas on their floor. Definitly recommend this place!
