So… We were out for a movie at the Landmark and after the show was over we decided to take advantage of the best suburbian waterhole. Naturally, we arrived at the Olive Garden. Asked for the best table in the house and after being sat at the best table we decided we hated the best table in the house. So, we switched tables and it took forever to get service. Anyhoo, we then got tag teamed by this trained killer Elaine and her mad sassy sidekick Morgan. They served us breadsticks and a bunch of salad with extra peppercinis. They pretended to have Sauv Blanc and totally lied about it, but whatever? Shit was good and they made our night better by allowing us to be completely ridiculous. So, the next time you’re in the mood for salty pasta, make sure you find this salty duo.

Skimpy portions, dated décor, mediocre taste. The bottomless salad is decent but uninspired, and the breadsticks are bland. Eleventy dozen better Italian places to eat in the area. I plan to do so insteda in the future.

Wont even judge the food or service. Can’t get a table party of 5 at 515pm on a Saturday. Apparently(it is unadvertised) you can call ahead and bump people that have been standing and waiting for over an hour. There is nothing on the website but when I asked the hostess she said to just call the number. We have stood here the longest and anyone with 2−3-or 4 or an unadvertised call ahead gets in… party of 5… not so much!

Took 5 to Olive Garden. Bad idea or just wasn’t their night. Right from being seated at a too small table which we complained about to the horrendous entrees. We ordered salmon which was two small salmon pieces surrounded by a mountain of broccoli priced at$ 16.99??? Next entrée was chicken Marsala, a very thin cut of chicken which is impossible to cook and not dry out like leather which is exactly what happened. The chicken was supposed to be accompanied by mashed potato but instead came with dried out cubed potatoes. Should have sent it back. Salad was good as always but our tab was $ 85 For the price fazolis would be a better quality offering. Something needs to be changed at the Olive Garden before I ever go back. Too expensive and poor quality. Service was ok.

Came here for dinner on a Monday night with the girlfriend. Right when we walked in there was a bad smell in the entry. The hostess let us know they were having plumbing issues and she apologized for the stench and sat us right away. She was even so kind to turn the blinds so the setting sun was out of our eyes. We where greeted by our waiter Andrew right away to take our drink order. We knew we wanted the all you can eat soup and salad so we ordered that right away. He brought our drinks and salad very quickly, soup to follow. He gave us great service grating cheese in our soup every time we ordered another bowl and keeping up with drink refills. I didn’t really enjoy the atmosphere all that much felt a little out dated to me, but the service we revived by the whole staff was great. Even the manager came by to make sure everything was good and offered ua desert which I reluctantly declined. Come in for the great service and good food.

My wife and I came in for lunch the other day and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our waitress, Taylor was one of the best we’ve seen and we eat out often. Olive Garden you have a hidden gem. Taylor’s great!

I went for lunch with my father and husband for Veterans Day. We had a wonderful lunch with a great waiter named Doug. He was super helpful and quick and very personable! We were also given personal service from the manager, Amber, when they had computer issues with our check. We will definitely return!

If you want good service don’t go here! It took forever for them to bring our food and they messed up the order. I had to ask them to refill our drinks and they never came back to our tables. I walked through the restaurant to the restroom and the restaurant was empty! So why hadn’t our servers been to our table in forever!!? Oh because they were eating lunch too.

Awesome time. I always get good service here. Love the manager and just about every person that works there. The tour of Italy was amazing as well. Our waiter was perfect and if you get a chance, go sit with Drew. He knows what he is doing and takes care of you every time. Recommend this Olive Garden over the others any day.

Wasn’t impressed. My fiancée and I got our entrées before the appetizer. The Manager was quick to catch the mistake and actually followed out our appetizer as well as being generous enough to remove it from our bill due to the mishap, but he seemed to be the only one actually trying to do his job! Not sure whether the kitchen wasn’t bothering to read or our order ticket came in out of whack, but for a Tuesday night and not a tremendous amount of business to speak of, I saw a lot of bodies standing around chatting, primarily the high school kids. With not even so much as a goodbye heading out the door, because the hosts were too busy gossiping as well, it has come to my attention that the following generations clearly don’t give a flying fuck about doing any kind of work… And the saddest part is having come to this particular Olive Garden for fifteen years and watching it rot the way it is. What is happening to our society?

Truly one of the worst experiences of my life. Here is 8 things that occurred in the abnormally awkward time of our dinner. 1. To start the dinner, my mother orders a glass of wine. The waiter comes back about 10 minutes later to tell her there are no clean wine glasses so he had to find something else like macgyver with a paper clip and a rubber band. Also, don’t you dare ask for more salad and breadsticks because it will take two years to get it. 2. My mother orders eggplant Parmesan. The waiter comes out and states that the kitchen messed up and made chicken parmesean instead. He said that since my mom took the chicken she will be charged MORE for the kitchens mistake. My mother says she wants to speak to the manager. He then comes back out and says it was his fault instead for having«fat fingers.» He states he is working two jobs so he is stressed. He also never left us alone for a long enough time to really eat our meal without interruption. 3. He brings the manager out and my mother gets her meal comped. This was the smoothest part of the night. 4. The waiter comes out and asks if anyone wants dessert. I reply that I do not because I might vomit from being so full. He states«well I might want to make you vomit and it all over the table». The only response I could muster is «Suddenly we’re in Germany!» At this point I felt extremely violated and upset. 5. He comes back to box our food. While boxing, he never brought a bag. He then leaves the dirty dishes in front of my boyfriend for an extended period of time because he has to immediately go to another table to box up their food. He then leaves the boxes of food in front of my boyfriend again for an extended period of time as well while talking about how the bussers will leave plates on the table to the point where the tables will flip. 6. He then places our food in the bag and leaves the bag on the floor. 7. When my mother told him about it, he stated«it is store policy» to leave it on the floor. Afterwards, my mom is walking out with(wouldn’t you know it) a former manager of Olive Garden who said it was NOT policy. 8. I then called the manager when I returned home and told him about all of this, in which he replied that he would coach the waiter. I’m happy he is going to coach him instead of firing him, but this was ridiculous. No matter how busy it is, you have to maintain a sense of professionalism. I have never left a restaurant feeling full, angered, slightly entertained and extremely violated, but there is a first for everything.

Me and my roommates drive by here almost daily. We all remember how good this place was as in the late 90’s. Haven’t had it since. Thought it would be good. Nope. None of us liked what we ordered. And we all had stomach issues the day after. I got chicken parmigiana. One roommate had the 5 cheese ziti. Another the chicken Marsala. Wouldn’t recommend any of these dishes or the place itself.

I hadn’t eaten in a Olive Garden in a long time because I try to avoid the carb overload. However, the food was good here and the place was kept neat. Our waiter was very friendly and repeatedly checked on us. For the price, you will get value, but the menu is what you would expect for a chain restaurant. The place won’t break the bank and it is well worth a quick stop during the week.

We went here for my daughters birthday and was blown away by our waitress(I’am pretty certain her name is Jill) She went above and beyond for our kids and made my daughters bday dinner wonderful! The food is always amazing.

Where else can you go, and choose from 3 or 4 different soups, and have a wonderful salad as well, all for approximately $ 9.50? Olive Garden is the place! My husband and I have not been to Olive Garden in quite a long time, and to be honest, I don’t know why! Their service is excellent! The food is very good! The prices are hard to beat! The restaurant is comfortable and relaxing, even inviting! The restrooms are clean as well. So, again, I say, why haven’t we been here lately?! I just don’t know! I LOVE their salad! I don’t know what it is about it, but I have always LOVED their Salad! Just bring me a big bowl, no, a BIGBOWL, and a fork, and let me at it! Well, that doesn’t sound too appetizing, but it really is! There is nothing fancy about it, I could make something like it at home, but it just wouldn’t taste as AWESOME as it does there! You HAVE to try their salad! Their soups — What can I say? All of their soups are FAB-U-LOUS! I love all of them, but I LOVE their Zuppa Toscana! Magnifico! Again, I haven’t been to Olive Garden in quite a long time, but their soup and salads have not changed, and for a very good reason — all of them simply can’t be improved! I don’t know what else to say! Olive Garden has a fabulous menu, something for everyone! Pastas, salads, appetizers, which include flat breads — WOW! They also have salmon, chicken, beef, pork, and of course, Desserts! WOW! There really is something for everyone! So, go! Yes, I know Olive Garden is a chain restaurant, but this chain restaurant really does do it right. Buon Cibo, Buoni prezzi(good food, good prices) will be found at Olive Garden. See you there! Godere(enjoy!)

The never ending pasta bowl is a grand deal. They’ve added toppings of shrimp, chicken, meat balls & broccoli. It’s a nice destination for conversation, camaraderie and conviviality.

our waitress was very great at being responsive to our needs and wants. She even went to the extent of creating our Special ice cream dish. And kept our coffee hot hot hot Thanks Lenell

Came here for lunch with my husband for lunch. We hadn’t eaten at an Olive Garden in years, so we were excited! We it the endless salad, soup, and breadsticks! Yummmm! The first batch of soup was chicken gnocchi! Unfortunately there was none of the dumplings in it. A woman asked us how everything was and I let her know about the soup and she instantly said she’d fix it. Just in a few mins she returned with soup full of the dumplings! Delish! We also had the stuffed mushrooms and they were really good too! Love me some Olive Garden!

Maybe it was an off night, but when we visited Olive Garden for dinner recently it left me feeling pretty unimpressed. We arrived after the dinner rush, and it showed. The dining room was a mess, including pasta under the table that I only found once it ended up all over my shoes. Gross. Our waitress was pretty scatterbrained and slow, and left right after taking our order. The new waitress told us that she went home sick… not something you want to hear when you’re about to eat. It was not a good start. When the meal arrived it was a little better. The salad was good, and although the breadsticks were cold and hard, the pasta dishes we had were hot and delicious. Of course we had some pretty standard dishes — spaghetti and meatballs for me, baked ziti for the hubby. They were both yummy, and the super-sized glasses of wine that we had with them helped us overcome the earlier issues. We don’t get to Olive Garden often and this visit won’t make me want to go back there any faster. Next time I visit it will be for lunch only, because their soup, salad and breadstick lunches are hard to beat. Hopefully by then they’ll have their act together…

You’d think chain restaurant should usually equal 3 stars, but for some reason the level of service and overall experience here just pushes it to 4. I’ve never eaten an actual entrée here as I’m always quite happy with the sampler appetizer, soup, salad and breadsticks. I’m partial to their fried ravioli and I love to order the alfredo dipping sauce to go with the breadsticks. There is also something about their iced tea that I crave on a hot summer day. No matter what I order the service is always wonderful– attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is always clean. And you’re greeted with a smile and a welcome. All in all, a place I find myself at a couple times a year when the craving hits.
