This family owned business with siblings working together sets the mark for customer service. Dr. Loock is great with kids and adults alike. The front staff with Alex, the office manager helps with any problem you may have.
I would recommend this eye care business over any chain it mega warehouse. They are competitive in pricing but customer service is priceless!

Dr. Loock is the best. She spends plenty of time with you reviewing your concerns and explaining anything that doesn’t make sense to you. She is friendly and kind and truly cares about her patients. Her staff is very professional and well educated about their products. Together they create a welcoming environment where you know you are getting the best care possible. I will continue to visit Dr. Loock for every annual eye checkup.

Excellent office, great staff and Dr. Loock is the best. Front desk assistant Brent is great to work with as well. They get you in and out fast if need be (if on lunch break etc.) and they let you take your time choosing frames and work with you to find the best fit. They will also order frames they don’t have in house. My prescription is perfect. Highly recommended.

I like the doctor a LOT. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and she never keeps me waiting for too long.
Last week, I misunderstood an offer they had published on Unilocal and sulked away really uspet from, what appeared at the time, a bait-​and-​switch advertising tactic. Dr. Loock immediately e-​mailed me, explained everything, and offered to redeem the offer as I understood it. Her e-​mail was warm and non-​judgmental; she’s really a class act.
This was above and beyond what she needed to do, but I appreciated it greatly.
