Amazing customer service! Each time we visit this location is is always VERY busy at lunch, but all the employees are genuinely friendly! I never feel rushed to order or eat during these very busy times, and I love how a manager walks around and checks on each table as if you were in a sit down restaurant!

We all know Chick Fil A is good, and most restaurants are consistent with their food preparation. What makes this branch stand out is the customer service! It is beyond compare. The employees are all friendly. They all know their regular customers by name. They walk around making sure all the customers have what they need. They work to make each customer pleased! It is so much better than the other local CFA in this regard.

Attitudes and the knowledge of how to finalize an order needs to be improved!!! Went through the drive thru but a person standing outside with an order board took my order AND my payment. When i got to the window they tried to hand me an order that was not mine, so i told them what i ordered and the guy had already taken my payment. «Well you did not pay for it» i said let me check with my bank and in the meantime another guy said «oh here it is cancel the other one.» So they handed me my food and i said if i would have given you my card i would have been charged twice, right? SHE SAID NO YOU WERNT CHARGED, i repeated myself and then she repeated herself along with ADDING, i just had to finalize by hitting charge!!!

There is a reason chick-​fil-​A has one of the most high rated customer service experience. We come here a lot and everyone isn’t just nice, they seem happy.

I had a great experience here last week. Everyone (like at every franchise) is extremely nice and I was met with a «my pleasure» at every turn. My drink was refilled by a passing employee who noticed me absentmindedly shaking my cup trying to get out the remnants. Then, ultimate victory, they accidentally made too many ice creams for an order… Rather than trashing it, an employee walked to our table and offered it to me and my daughter. Day MADE!

This location is by far the worst one around… the other HRanch one down by Jon Stiles and the location in Castle Rock are SO far superior. Poor customer service here and it’s clear the older manager really couldn’t care less — kind of a shame when you see how well the others are run. I doubt this location will ever change given the attitude of the person running it — he is fine with sub-​par service, wait times, and food quality, and I’m fine going to another location.

Went here with my 3 year old and ordered kids meal (4 count nuggets/​apple sauce/​juice) beside the point that the juice is always kept for my older child’s lunch box, the server said to me, «that’s a disaster» and when confronted stated, «you have to deal with it.» Ironically, when asked for her other options, she suggested orange juice (still tons of sugar or chocolate milk with tons of dye and sugar) … Bottom line, just take the order and do NOT patronize a parent for ordering whatever it is they order. Spoke with manager who seemed very indifferent … Our family will gladly go elsewhere

We love this place. Food is always fresh and fast, served by super polite employees. We have eaten here at least twice a month for the last year and each time we go we are impressed.

Love Chick, but this particular drive thru had the tendency to not include all the food you’ve ordered, and paid for. Just happened for the second time in 2 weeks. Guess I need to go through everything before driving away. #disappointing

I am constantly amazed at how polite, helpful, and happy every employee is during all my visits. The dining area is always clean, and who doesn’t like their mascot walking around the store? The food is also great. Never wilted or cold fries, sandwiches look like a real sandwich, not something you throw together and step on. I wish all fast food restaurants had this quality of service and food.

Unfortunately for my waistline and for my sense of morality, the fries and the fried chicken are simply too delicious to pass up. Shakes and lemonade are great too. Perfect for a quick meal, just don’t try to go on Sunday.

I love this Chickfila. They just did a remodel and it looks great. Everyone is always so nice and they always get your order right. They are quick and the food is always an excellent quality.

Great staff! Amazingly friendly! Very clean location. My daughter loves playing at the play place. Just newly remodeled and looks great! Drive thru moves pretty fast so don’t let a long line scare you off!

Will never go to this Chick-​fil-​a ever again, if any Chick-​fil-​a. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line only to watch an employee pulling cars out of line (who mind you had JUST pulled up and had spent NO time waiting) and serving them their food within less than 2 minutes. The best one was the lady who aggressively cut several people off in line just to have the guy pull her right out of line and bring her food in 90 seconds! When I mentioned this to employees as I FINALLY pulled up, they could not have cared less. The girl I spoke to said that he was pulling cars with smaller groups of people out of line to make the line go more quickly … my car had just me and my child and the guy looked right at me (in my clear non-​tinted windows) and completely ignored us. Employees should be pulling small groups out of line that have been waiting, not cars that are just pulling up. Would minimize the line in the same manner AND not be rude to your customers who are spending large amounts of time to give you money. DUH
On top of that, when we got home and started eating our food, the fries were SO hard they were like waffle crackers … that were burnt. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience and/​or our order has been messed up. If you HAVE to go to Chick-​fil-​a (I wouldn’t recommend it) go to the nearby Chick-​fil-​a in Highlands Ranch Town Center or any other establishment but this one. HORRIBLE!!!

Chick-​fil-​a has earned the spot as my favorite fast food joint. The food is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is also a place my kids love which makes it a place the whole family can agree on. They always move the inside line and drive through quickly during rush times.

This is my favorite and most visited Chik-​Fil-​A in America, due to its proximity to my office.

My favorite meal is a spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries, but recently due to health concerns I’ve started eating their salads which is very decent. ALso I had a grilled chicken wrap for the first time, and while not as good as a fried chicken sandwich, if you need a healthy alternative it is a good choice.
