Oh how fun! I have always wanted to try my hand at painting a dish of some sort and got the opportunity to last night with local radio station 105.9. We got to have fun with apps and alcohol which made the whole group more excited to try something new. They have a wonderful selection of things to paint including wine glasses, pencil holders, cookie jars Etc as well as figurines of every sort. They also have examples and ideas for how to do some of them of you are out of them The staff are very helpful in explains to newbies like me what to do and how to do it. Don’t skip trying this if you think you have no skill. They are ready for you with stencils! Can’t wait to go back Ina week to see how mine came out.

Had a lovely time last week at Arts on Fire. The space is well-kept and organized. We were able to find a seat right away and never felt rushed – a very fun and relaxing environment. The pieces were a bit pricey(more so than other places like this in the area)…yet there’s no studio fee so that’s what you get and it all comes out in the wash to be about the same price as anywhere else. The pottery ranges from $ 16(small animal figurines) to $ 40+. There are a couple of teeny tiny trinkets you can paint for $ 5. Would be careful about taking any small ones(or clumsy bigger kids at heart/adults) as there is a sign that says you must pay 50% of the cost of any pottery that you break. There’s a lot of other shops/restaurants in this parking lot, so it’s a good one-stop-shopping for a night of fun.

It was a really fun experience! There are tons of options to paint(anything from statues to cups). I painted a coffee mug which was $ 25. The prices range from $ 5-$ 70 depending on what you want to paint. The majority of the pieces were $ 25-$ 40. It’s really laid back, so basically you can do what you want. It is very time consuming, so be ready to paint for a couple hours. The employees were very helpful, and knew how to answer all of our questions.

Great! Fabulous! My friend, Mary, and I have been coming here almost every weekend for over a year. We use to call it ‘therapy’ to calm from a hectic week. What started as a need to waste time has turned into a need to be with ‘family’. I love this place, my week isn’t complete without them. They are the most caring, honest, true people you will ever have the luck to meet. If you are in the area and need a place to calm your day… stop here!

Arts on Fire is hit or miss. The owners changed maybe in 2012-ish. The previous owners were amazing. The new owners are a husband and wife. She’s temperamental. One day she’s ok and the next time she’ll bite your head off. I’m not sure what her deal is, but the husband is always pleasant so it balances out I guess. The price, equipment, staff and selection are fantastic. I’ve tried every other Denver Metro paint shop and this by far the BEST. Just steer clear of the Mrs.

This place is great! I have a 3.5 year old and a newborn(just 11 days) and was looking for a relatively cheap and easy outing to get us out of the house. We went on a Saturday, got right in, and painted something for just ten dollars. My three year old loved it and they even did a set of footprints on my newborn for free. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Fun place to do some arts and crafts. I chose to paint a dish in the shape of a cupcake. You choose what you want to paint and pay for that piece only. Reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. After you paint, they fire and glaze your piece and you can pick up your finished piece in a week. They have classes/workshops that sound great! I will definitely try one out. They don’t sell alcoholic drinks like some other crafts places do, which I don’t mind. However I overheard that you can bring your own bottle of wine as long as you open, pour, and cork it yourselves. Neat! (I would of course call and make sure before taking my word for it).

Arts on Fire is a wonderful experience. The employees are very helpful for newbies, and will just watch you go if you’re a pro. There is a wide variety of items to choose to paint at varying price points. Employees will offer to get you paint if you are into your work, or you can hop up yourself. Birthday party’s are lots of fun for kids, and they have camp for summer and breaks. Their pottery makes great gifts for those people who have everything, they have good examples throughout the studio.

My husband and i came here today. You only pay for your piece. The studio time and paints included in price. We each picked a project and spent a few hours and had a blast. We cant wait to pick up our goodies next weekend. As long as our pieces come out unchipped or not broken then five stars it is. Well return for sure.

My boyfriend and I were looking for ways to spend a cold Sunday afternoon last weekend. I felt like doing something creative such as painting pottery. He was a little apprehensive at first but once we started painting he said he was having fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. This would be a fun place to take kids, to have a birthday party or meet up with friends. We just picked up the measuring cups we painted and they look awesome! We will be back to paint matching teaspoons!
