I just waited 17 minutes in the drive thru. I thought not getting out of my car would save me some time. It was not busy which is why I’m not happy with service. My beans are old and cold. Horrible!

I was a little bit skeptical seeing that they didn’t open there drive thru at 7 but went in and got a fresh AM crunch wrap took about 10min but sometimes it’s worth it for some fresh food and offered a free coffee for the wait. Been here before and had a bad experience but if you go in and show your face you should get some good food.

Most definitely the worst Taco Bell you will go to ever. If you stay in it for the long haul, you’ll spend 15 minutes waiting at the ordering speaker before even putting in your order. You will then be greeted by someone who appears to be confused at where they even are at the moment, let alone what food items you would like to purchase. After spelling out the order 12 times while still trying to come across understanding(in fear that they will do something unspeakable to your food) they will finally give you a total that may or may not be for what you actually ordered. You will then spend the next 25 minutes gridlocked into an eerily similar traffic resembling rush hour in Los Angeles. Eventually you will make it to the glorified window of sustenance and a disinterested arm will reach out and request your money. They will then proceed to confirm that nothing on your order is correct. Retake your order, give you the wrong food, and have you home in time to see the sunrise… Moral of the story: STAYAWAY! Perhaps I would have had a better experience if I had mentioned that I was a Unilocal Food Critic ;) #South Park

If I could give 0-.5 as a review I would. I’ve read all the other reviews and they are spot on. They seem always to have a shitty attitude, even when they get the order wrong. These are the ppl who are trying to get $ 15 hour. Holy crap! Not only do they have bad attitudes they are most often too damn slow. Did I mention they argue with you when THEY get the order completely wrong. As far as opening the store, another person mentioned they open when they want to, it’s true. It’s not worth it, go elsewhere !

We stopped by about 10 am on Saturday morning and expected to eat some good food! Unfortunately that’s not what we got! Although most of our items were good, our two Mexican pizzas looked terrible and weren’t cut either. I’ve tried emailing my complaint to corporate, but no response.

Went here for lunch today and left without it. Please indulge me while I explain, first off we were there at prime-time lunch hour about 12:00 maybe 12:15 there were two tables occupied a no one in front of us in line(I guess this should have told me something) there was a guy at the counter and maybe two or three in the kitchen but as we(my wife, son and myself) walked in the guy at the counter turned and went to the kitchen, we waited for a few minutes at the empty counter and then were told it would be just a minute, well that minute turned into 6 or 7 minutes as the drive through was being MORE than attended to. I finally turned to my wife and said«how’s Popeye’s sound?» She told me «sounds good» and as we began to walk out the guy started moving towards the counter, but at that point, time was up and we were done with them. I wouldn’t have taken the food for free because I was so disgusted with the service. I’ll bet this establishment could double their income if they applied some customer service, BUT if you’re in the mood for a HUGE serving of «you don’t matter» with a side of «we don’t need your money» then I strongly recommend this Taco Bell/KFC cuz they’re serving it all day long. On a Side note Popeye’s was great and just down the street(hint hint).

this is the worst taco bell/KFC around. they seem to set their own rules about when to serve kfc. good luck getting any chicken within 90 minutes of closing time. they always claim to be «out» of everything kfc related after 9 pm because they just don’t want to make it. I imagine they are cleaning the fryer long before they are supposed to. the tortillas are usually stale which I blame on the gm for poor inventory management. if I owned the place, the first thing I would do is fire the gm and get somebody in there to impose some standards.

Well, it was late when we decided to stop by for the 12 taco meal. It took about 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge our presence. But once our order was placed, we waited for another 20 – 30 minutes to get our order. While waiting, another couple arrived and were waiting for another 10 minutes until my husband called out«You got customers» and someone finally came from out back. The food was up to standard, which is why we came here in the first place. But the service could use some serious tweaking. We came to this establishment since it was near a store we just shopped in; not sure if we will be returning again.
